Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

@bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

@bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. So @bt_uk admit there is a fault on the network for my line. Only took them three months to work that out. Now they’ve booked an engineer for when I’m at work. I’ve explained I live alone and work 9-5 and they are refusing to budge. Time to go to the ombudsman I think

@SketchLisa @bt_uk If you have an Ethernet cable and can plug a laptop in and do a Speedtest, then compare to your phone over wifi. It might help work it out. Depending on how old the router is, that is where my money would be on the problem.
