@btsport I am not an EE, Talk Talk, Virgin Media or Sky subscriber. I have Broadband from Virgin Mobioe from 3 & use NowTV for TV. How can I use the BT Sport App on my mobile? I am running down the rabbit hole on your website trying to see if I can sign up. Thanks in advance

@btbusinesscare. Death in family and funeral to arrange. BT biz broadband down for 3 days now and being told that it will be another week before they can fix it. 6 calls to helpline,3 promises of callbacks, zero calls received. Not cool #btbusinesscare.

@BTCare Yes. Divorce forced house sale. Rental has broadband. So left contract. Nowhere to transfer too. As a teacher it's tough to have free time. Finally find new home. Told nothing can be done. BT loyalty to customer of 35 years is zero, considering reciprocating.

@BTCare We've had a broadband fault open for months, an engineer came to our house and couldn't resolve the issue as the problem was at the exchange. We have been charged as according to a phone conversation that never happened, I said that we couldn't make or receive calls.

@BTCare I’ve left BT. Only so much BS I can handle. Inability to resolve problems, and staff not even attempting to resolve a problem for 5 days until I rung up to find out what’s happening. Then when I say I’m leaving problem is miraculously looked in to and resolved. Too late

@BTCare @BT - over a month from order to get phone line and fibre installed! Fibre delay understandable but not the phone line which just needs activating! Disgraceful level of service and no other option as BT have a monopoly due to rural location 😡 #poorservice #notagreatstart

@BTCare But 2 weeks to fix something is appalling and even then you could tell me I have to wait another week. I suggest you change suppliers @OpenreachHelp it certainly doesn't take 2 weeks to fix some cable.

@BTCare Absolutely appalled. Next available date for an update on getting my broadband sorted... 26th of Nov. If that's not *************** I don't know what is. Nothing but empty promises. Can someone contact me to cancel my contract, please!!!
