@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

@bt_uk Yes thanks. Though diagnostics showed no error. It still didn't work. And then it mysteriously came back by the time i got back from walking the dog. Diagnostics showing false positive due to it not testing if the login would work?

@bt_uk Thanks. I have already raised a complaint with Ombudsman. Issue is going nowhere between BT and Openreach. No update to why work has not been completed over last 8 months. I don’t just want ANOTHER date where Engineer *might* fix the issue.
