@btsport BT Sport tonight absolutely biased towards Burnley! Jake! ROBBIE Sav, and commentator on the game were all Burnley biased! How can you not call Stuart Appwell out for his poor decisions against Man Utd in the LAST TWO GAMEs. I call on the FA to hold Appwell to account!

@chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

  • sharonSSN sharon simpson (@sharonSSN) reported from Porthcawl, Wales

@bt_uk That’s a total fib! When I complained you said we have an older house so the walls must be thicker which is why it doesn’t work very well. You did say if we paid more money - £10 a month you could fix it with halo. We already have super fast - a con

  • timdobbsphoto Tim ....🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@timdobbsphoto) reported from Blaengarw, Wales

@AS0151 @bt_uk Both my S21 and ipad are on 4g and are perfect ... very fast everywhere in the house but this little hub is terrible .. its not the signal

@bt_uk I am not interested in black or white if they are playing poor football they deserve criticism Rashford was poor at best,Saka played well but took a poor penalty?

  • atlas_contact Atlas Recruitment (@atlas_contact) reported

@btbusinesscare I have never called you guys and not spent over an hour dealing with the issue and I have never called you guys and not come off the phone feeling frustrated, annoyed and generally let down! Pathetic.

  • andrealerner andrea lerner (@andrealerner) reported

@bt_uk Hi I am trying to find out what is happening in DM's with my mother's phone but nobody is replying to me. I was told a divert had been put on her phone to her mobile but her landline phone still rings out and now her mobile is playing up which I presume is down to the divert.

  • mjwildman1 m.j. wildman (@mjwildman1) reported

@IM_org @bt_uk @rioferdy5 A very worthwhile subject to cover. The internet is great, it has also advanced hugely in recent years so there are plenty of bad guys who want to exploit it and exploit our kids. Don't let them.

  • CornishTime Choughed-to-bits **Brexit Done** (@CornishTime) reported

@btbusinesscare It might help if you employed engineers who know what they are doing. My broadband was set up aug last year after about four months of trying. My hub light was purple from the start, engineer told me that was perfectly fine. 1/

  • Groveler Mark Jones (@Groveler) reported

@bt_uk Unfortunately the engineers looking at our problem have referred it to the Fibre team (?) who give a complete date of 19th July. So without Internet or, if reconnects, v slow Internet till then, maybe longer 😟

  • OryxRopes 𝔒𝔯𝔶𝔵 ℜ𝔬𝔭𝔢𝔰 (@OryxRopes) reported

@bt_uk Your Routers are genuinely terrible, they drop singnal all the time, we pay for 60mbps and get 20 for £50-£60 a month. I don't know if it's something to do with the line but hopefully an actual competent router will fix my problem.

  • Sammi30424770 Sammi 💙3.5%#FBPE⭐ (@Sammi30424770) reported

@Delz4u2nv @LFCRedRobbo @bt_uk Yes you are absolutely right. I was talking about the extra pressures that POC feel if they fail. POC know they have to be twice as good ad their white counterparts. But I do agree with you.

  • atlas_contact Atlas Recruitment (@atlas_contact) reported

@btbusinesscare I don't buy that at all! You've moved the teams online because it means you can save money and dumb down the service even further! I've dealt with your 'complaint team' several times before. The whole set up just smacks of "we don't care" it's genuinely terrible! 8 calls now btw!

  • ultragold_ Marisa Lee (@ultragold_) reported

@simonebowen @bt_uk Hey Simone, E2 here too. I complained several times over livechat and was credited £20 on the first day, and today was told I would be credited £8 per day for the lack of service. We've also got a hybrid connect on the way, is it going to be rubbish? 😫
