    @bt_uk I'm not being funny I want out of my contract the service is godamn awful I've had numerous problems the last couple of days I've spoken to advisors who say ure internet is fine there must be a problem outside how am I supposed to fix this so I think I'm gona leave

    @chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

    @bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

    @bt_uk there is either a problem outside or with the white box so until it's fixed dont expect money off me it's got to be the white box

    @bt_uk internet is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Can’t handle more than 3 devices or it’ll cut out, but yet when we complain they want to charge 100 pound for someone to come out and sort it, “fibre optic” my arse, absolute rip off

    @bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

    @RonsTwo My @SkyUK broadband has been so bad I have had to buy a mobile broadband package. Cannot wait until 1st June when I go to @bt_uk broadband and 900mb !!

    @BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

    @chelleybaby73 Always nice to be on @ITVWales. Had a few technical issues mainly due to poor @bt_uk internet. But we managed to get it done in the end.

    @btsport panel very poor its clear and obvious error. As Crouchy says falling over before contact so no penalty should be awarded.

    @bt_uk Operator says it is all good. On MyBT app it says “Estimated fix date 6th of February”!!?? That is 7 days from the day it stopped working…not acceptable

    @bt_uk I’ve just been given less than 24 hours notice that my BT services will terminate on the Feb 3rd. I had arranged for this to happen on the 14th Feb Will be without broadband/ home phone and mobile. Someone apparently will contact me on Saturday the 4th. How?

    @bt_uk You need to contact us asap. Charging a deceased pensioner customer over £500 and cut off their line. Brilliant. Best get in touch to sort or we trot off to ofcom! Contact me so can send details please!

    Really not happy with @bt_uk response to broadband fault in my area. Two and a half days without broadband in todays age… 😡 Someone somewhere did not fix the fault fully!

    @bt_uk GB 25944167. DH78RT, my most immediate problem is I received an Ee mini hub but its not working, it feels like it hasn’t been activated! I cant even bare to talk about the other problems at present. I just want my BB back on.
