BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk My complaint was escalated directly to their Chief Executive who delegated it accordingly. Instead of resolving the problem, they actually compounded it.
-
Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk 2) ...even though their network and ducts are right outside the properties the pole serves. They've caused so much trouble and wasted so much of my time, I've had to put the matter on hold. You can't allow anyone to disrupt your life to such an extent.
-
James (Jim) Naismith (@JHNaismith) reportedUsually optimistic on technological progress so disappointed broadband speed being > halved to 67Mbps next month by @bt_uk. @virginmedia can’t fix their “blocked duct” at front door, not good advert for uk infrastructure, I live in Jericho, central Oxford, not remote Highlands.
-
TechbooUK 🔥 (@techboouk) reportedSorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider. I'm in the process of getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved from my @bt_uk email address. Will update more soon!
-
Gari MacColl (@JGMacColl) reported@bt_uk I just feel paying £50 a month more than a new customer, shows a serious lack of customer service, loyalty goes both ways.
-
Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@bt_uk BT Message Chat is less than useless. Just spent 30 Minutes trying to get the "Free Speed Upgrade" promised when I upgraded to Full Fibre but not received. But the Chat Bot ignores everything you type in and just asks unrelated questions before saying it can't help.
-
Maggie Moo. Hold the line. (@scotslassnow) reported@bt_uk your bot has asked me the same thing SEVEN times. Asks me to text ASSIST, which I do, and still repeats the same message. HELP!!!
-
mrchrisjohn (@mrchrisjohn) reported@bt_uk There is an issue with 2FA Your support team are having to turn off the 2FA security and will take 72 hours to resolve
-
GG (@G1NG3R_N1NJA_13) reported@bt_uk I’ve done all that. It’s not working. Apparently it’s now a fault.
-
Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reportedOver the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. I’m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.
