She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!

After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.
