She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

owen gerrard (@owen485) reported from Bridgend, Wales@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

Not only are they paying for a service they are not getting but more importantly should there be an emergency they wouldn't be able to contact anyone.
