@btsport BT Sport tonight absolutely biased towards Burnley! Jake! ROBBIE Sav, and commentator on the game were all Burnley biased! How can you not call Stuart Appwell out for his poor decisions against Man Utd in the LAST TWO GAMEs. I call on the FA to hold Appwell to account!

@bt_uk Yes thanks. Though diagnostics showed no error. It still didn't work. And then it mysteriously came back by the time i got back from walking the dog. Diagnostics showing false positive due to it not testing if the login would work?

@bt_uk the issue with my internet needs to be fixed I'm not being funny unless it's fixed I'm not paying a penny I'm supposed to get about 150mbps or 300 but I'm only getting 40mbps and 15mbps upload its horrendous for the price I pay I think I just might leave

@sharoncanavar @bt_uk not only own but actually address the issues raised. In short do better than this example of poor customer service. If the staff say they work for BT then that deliberate attempt to deceive should be cause for the parent company to investigate.
