  @ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

  @BTGroup @bt_uk I have had huge problems with my internet for many months. It has resulted in the road being dug up, new cables put in and a new hub. The customer service I received from Gurleen in the Leicester office has been 1st class. She cared. Many thanks to her!

  @bt_uk I'm not being funny I want out of my contract the service is godamn awful I've had numerous problems the last couple of days I've spoken to advisors who say ure internet is fine there must be a problem outside how am I supposed to fix this so I think I'm gona leave

  @bt_uk has the worst home hubs ever - lovely glitch with 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz still not been patched. Constant crashing when phones connected and TV. Contract ending soon who to go next? Anyone know any better Internet providers?

  @bt_uk Yes thanks. Though diagnostics showed no error. It still didn't work. And then it mysteriously came back by the time i got back from walking the dog. Diagnostics showing false positive due to it not testing if the login would work?

  WiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT?   @bt_uk @stokeygurl I’ve not been able to get into my online account for weeks due to a fault caused when BT upgraded their system a few weeks ago. No account access for weeks, BT cannot help and hence I’m now taking my landline, broadband and mobile contracts elsewhere! Loyal customer since 1993!

  @Ofcom I have evidence BT won't let customer complaints get to 8 weeks, so they cannot be reported to the regulator. BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming

  @bt_uk are committed to excellent customer service, they say so when you ring them. Then they say they're very busy and they promise to speak to you within 20 minutes or you could ring back. Hint, excellent customer service starts with answering the bloody phone.
