@bt_uk getting really ****** off with the service from you guys!! Had 3 tv boxes of you!! All lasted a few months before suddenly faulty! Another way of trying to get me on a more expensive package! Thinking of going to @skytv

@bt_uk Yes thanks. Though diagnostics showed no error. It still didn't work. And then it mysteriously came back by the time i got back from walking the dog. Diagnostics showing false positive due to it not testing if the login would work?

@bt_uk Currently, I cannot get a dial tone &, when I call myself from my mobile, I get a message saying I'm on the phone. The last time I had this problem I dialled 1471 after the problem had cleared and I was told the last caller was 343 173. That's my own number! Not amused!

@bt_uk your customer service stinks, another half an hour on hold to try a resolve a broadband issue that means I can’t work at home as your app says will take 4 days to fix. Eventually get to speak to someone who says we have to call back in 4 hours as you can’t help right now

@Atholl1844 @bt_uk The countries lack of foresight is terrible. My house is 2 years old, the street still had copper cables laid rather than fibre optic ones. Makes no sense. But then my energy report does state my house is good but would be improved with solar panels. PUT THEM ON FROM NEW THEN!!!
