@bt_uk first time customer and nothing But disappointment, 4 x 1 hour calls over the last week, 4 different days for deliveries, still not got our system up and it was ment to be running yesterday. Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

Let them learn from @BTCare that how to deal a customer in minimal time. BT will solve a problem in 5 minutes where others will take that for 1.5hr.. time matters

@bt_uk I did check using moblie data ..... it returned AFTER the check before i could follow fault via sms. but knocking out a broadband for an hour with no known issues is a very strange event
