So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

@bt_uk I am absolutely appalled to hear of the disgraceful service you have given my severely disabled parents. Passing my mothers call from pillar to post for so long she had a seizure then promising to call her back but not doing so. Without WiFi or help since Thursday. 😡😠🤬

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@bt_uk first time customer and nothing But disappointment, 4 x 1 hour calls over the last week, 4 different days for deliveries, still not got our system up and it was ment to be running yesterday. Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

@bt_uk @bt_uk I submitted an official complaint which you as a company closed and marked as "resolved" without even speaking to me!! How is this right? I have reopened the complaint but also sent to Ofcom now as this is not on! People need to stay away from BT!

@bt_uk The very same thing happens every 2-3 months and it usually takes 1-2 weeks and numerous phone calls to BT to have the issue resolved. It has been like this for over 5 years and is especially painful now when we all WFH.

@bt_uk is there a limit to the number of calls I can blacklist? I’m up to 100 and I can’t add any more. I get many junk calls a day despite being registered with the telephone preference service. Just blocking 100 of these numbers is not enough

@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

@bt_uk so I’ve got a fault with fibre to the house, engineer couldn’t fix and you are diagnosing a new router, the same as 4/5 other people on the same estate. Don’t you think this is more likely at the exchange or splitter?????

@bt_uk Hi Kevin Never quite fully resolved with BT. The refund due was £13.84 and BT refunded £13.50 - no explanation? Also in looking into this unearthed other anomalies that need to be resolved. Finding a number to call to discuss account and charges being the first major challenge!
