    @bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @BTCare Yes I do. There is no point in pursuing this as BT have already told us it is not commercially viable to replace the existing service, we are a bit too rural apparently.

    @BTCare Look at the call outs you have had for the village of Fernham. It’s been an issue for over 9 years. No fibre, failing copper from the exchange and not enough lines for all villagers. Ask @edvaizey he excels at ignoring the issue @FernhamBroadban

    @BTCare Thanks. I am a BT Connect customer and I can never log on to free BT WiFi when I’m out. I’ve tried so many times that I now switch WiFi off when I’m not at home or in the office! God knows I pay enough for your service!

    @albuxton19 @BritishTelecom @btbusinesscare @BT I had BT-TV & regretted it.Asked repeatedly to come out of it,cost a fortune for something we didn't use (changed whatever could get.Then could leave as BT changed price.Took weeks to finally stop it.They had a problem with the account (their making).Could be fixed if I renewed.

    @bt_uk The wires we have do not fot the connections in the new house - we are not experts in this and this is why we pay for a service to get help! We recieved a phone call at 8pm - rang twice so no time to answer and the message was them cancelling our appointment for tomorrow

    It’s been a day of Trains , planes and chuffing automobiles dramas for me today .. but yet again BT @BritishTelecom @btbusinesscare @BT that has pushed me over the edge 😤absolutely hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with ... absolutely appalling!!! #Shocker😤

    @bt_uk Sure Matthew DM’d you about it It’s because I’ve had 5 engineer visits and the issues been on going since installation. I think the advisor today mentioned my case has to go to a particular kind of manager because I’ve had a lot of complaints but never had a call back.
