@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

@bt_uk first time customer and nothing But disappointment, 4 x 1 hour calls over the last week, 4 different days for deliveries, still not got our system up and it was ment to be running yesterday. Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation,they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

@bt_uk Yes we do still have problems- but they are so fleeting (a few seconds) and always around the same time of night. I don’t think you’d ever diagnose anything on the line- it maybe line a power surge? A film would buffer, music stops and the router lights go orange. It’s just weird

@bt_uk Just done an update for BT sport on the ps5 and now the app won't load any videos at all. Just gives me a black screen. BT sport still works fine on my phone and tablet so something is wrong with the ps5 version. Can you help??

@bt_uk my parents are having issues with watching TV through the BT box. All good through DTV aerial. Picture is constantly pixelated. Does this require new cables? If so, can you arrange for some to be sent out?!

@bt_uk Don't worry, it was user error. I had turned wifi and use a mesh network with the old name. Somehow the Smart Hub wifi had turned back on. Maybe a reset or power cut. Thanks
