So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

@bt_uk first time customer and nothing But disappointment, 4 x 1 hour calls over the last week, 4 different days for deliveries, still not got our system up and it was ment to be running yesterday. Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

@bt_uk I am absolutely appalled to hear of the disgraceful service you have given my severely disabled parents. Passing my mothers call from pillar to post for so long she had a seizure then promising to call her back but not doing so. Without WiFi or help since Thursday. 😡😠🤬

@bt_uk I've tried to buy the PPV for the iOS app directly from the BT Sport PPV app on two computers and its rejected multiple cards with plenty of cash - claiming payment errors. I'm a BT Sport customer and don't appreciate my time being wasted like this.

@bt_uk Because BT don’t get things fixed when their broadband goes down. You seem to think it acceptable to leave a customer without broadband for over a MONTH & the customer has to speak to 43 people (& counting) & it’s STILL not fixed. 😡 Avoid BT dreadful service
