They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.
