Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.
