You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

What a pity this wasn’t on BTSport - watched yesterday - no issues. Amazon Video Football - just NOT WORKING!! STILL NO PICTURE, KEEPS DROPPING OUT. Radio 5Live 👍

When the stream is working the picture is still awful, it’s so grainy. Sky isn’t cheap but it’s worth the money, or Atleast it would be if they had all the games.
