@SkyNews Outrageous.Some of the best games are the supposed top 6 v teams out of it. Last week Leeds v City example.plenty trying to get in top 6 like Leeds/Everton. The worst games are often top 6 v top 6. I’ll stop paying for @SkySports @btsport if this happens #europeansuperleague

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

@bt_uk Why? Honestly. After 3 weeks I am probably past the point of caring and cancelling.going with one of your competitors. One where an actual human will sort out the problems instead of a scripted,apologetic excuse that always ends...on Monday!!! 3 times now!!!

This morning I've been accused of being incompetent because I didn't answer my personal mobile to @btbusinesscare who called with an unknown number, I was busy. Ironic when I am paying them for a landline number that's never worked and they seem unable to fix it.

@bt_uk Not happy at all. We were told yesterday by BT operative that someone would be coming out to start and complete the job between 1pm & 6pm. Surprise Surprise noone came. Phone again this morning and now told its tomorrow Fri....8am till 1pm. The service is terrible
