@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@SkyNews Outrageous.Some of the best games are the supposed top 6 v teams out of it. Last week Leeds v City example.plenty trying to get in top 6 like Leeds/Everton. The worst games are often top 6 v top 6. I’ll stop paying for @SkySports @btsport if this happens #europeansuperleague

@bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

@bt_uk absolute joke. No internet all day and forecast another 2 days before a possible fix. WFH and can’t complete sales !! Oh and the child can’t watch tv after being subjected to summer camp all day. Great mood.

Anyone had issues when watching live @btsport channels through broadband on Youview? Getting regular pixelation on live broadcasts, speed isn't an issue (full fibre), have rebooted router and TV box #bt #btsport

@bt_uk No, the issue is not in hand. I have asked for a call from a senior member of staff, but I’m still waiting. On what planet is 5 days an acceptable period to wait when I work remotely? Will BT pay me 5 days pay while I can’t work?

Painful experience with @bt_uk continues. Account that should have been shut down in May is still open. I called a few weeks ago because I got a bill. They said there was still a service and that needed to be removed to create final bill. Waited 10 working days, no bill 🤬

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk phone line not working since Thursday and today apparently been fixed and our line has been switched to someone else’s house! Needs to be fixed tonight…. But they are offering engineer Friday!
