    You’re about to lose me as a customer, after incorrectly disconnecting me in the first place the new account you’ve setup is 10mbs slower than before and is causing me unbelievable latency issues @bt_uk - supposed to be getting a call to discuss compensation next week also #Poor

    @KevinCowan @bt_uk I’ve had this email telling me they’ve updated the email service. It’s clearly playing utter havoc with the system. There was an essential two phase authentication. Emails are disappearing and I can’t search! Mail boxes no longer sync to the iPhone app either. It’s ridiculous.

    @bt_uk Then why have a link in the order email saying I can cancel online and providing a link if I can’t? You are a comms company, how about some accurate comms and state that you need to phone and provide the number?!?

    @bt_uk hello BT, my broadband has been offline since an hour ago. Can you check if there is any outage and for how long? I have a deadline for tomorrow and your “reliability “ doesn’t really help at the moment

    @bt_uk I registered interest like a year ago and never been messaged since, and the rollout is very precise saying from 2022-2024 when I can walk 1 minute down the road and get full fibre there, don’t know what the issue is with my street
