@bt_uk is there a problem in Coventry. All day today my router keeps going red and cutting me off. Not been a problem. Can’t talk to anyone online. Tried live chat. This is awful customer service.

@bt_uk As if lockdown isn’t bad enough, my friend has now been without internet, phone, mobile or tv for 8 days. A fault was reported after @GlanvilleEnviro cut her telephone line driving irresponsibly with a digger through her village. 1/2
