@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

A New Year story - a tale of incompetence: @bt_uk Wi-Fi drops out constantly so I booked an engineer to fix it. BT cancel the appointment because “they’re pretty sure it’s fixed”. It wasn’t. We’re still waiting on an engineer. It doesn’t have a happy ending folks. Hello 2023!

@MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk If it drops out for a few seconds, then comes back, it'll be the wi-fi router ( my virgin one was terrible). If it's dropping out for longer, it's probably the provider being rubbish.

@bt_uk Happy New Year. Hoping you can help. Suffered loss of Broadband service which took a long time to resolve. Made complaint and was assured reductions would be made to my bill for loss of service and missed engineer appointments but no adjustments made.

@LukeConnerton @virginmedia @bt_uk Right now I'm getting like 1 gig download & 60 up or something but the speeds aren't the problem it's more latency and how unstable it is for streaming / gaming.
