@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

@bt_uk Please help my BT home hub 5 has started constantly resetting itself, turning on and off. Looks like it has expired. I have reset it but still doing the same. How do I go about getting a replacement.

Currently got mixed feelings about @bt_uk - internet outage for 2nd day is disappointing (waiting for engineer), but a very slick upgrade to Halo (activated extra mobile data in minutes) for not a lot extra a month, so we can continue to home school/work uninterrupted.

Bad start to Tuesday as our @bt_uk fibre is dead as a duck and they can't get an engineer out to us until tomorrow... so that's going to be a bit of a challenge given I have three (shaky...) bars of EE from which to tether.

@BT_UK - While I’m thrilled that you were able to send an engineer out to fix my wifi within 18 hours of reporting the issue, I’m NOT pleased that the engineer has showed up to my small flat without ANY PPE (after I was assured they would be). I had to ask him to put one on.

@bt_uk Bought Wifi Access cannot log in bc gave wrong email when purchased which cannot remember password for. Have new phone number so will not receive text & phone line is not open until 9am. Help pls
