You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

Wes Parker (@WesParker23) reported@bt_uk The loyalty team sent out the engineer. They stated that if the engineer is unable to rectify the problem he would report this and the contract would be cancelled as prior agreed with the loyalty team. It’s no surprise that I haven’t heard from them really.

Terrible! Not one care given through the whole process. Lie after lie. Excuses that the system takes days to update!
