@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk Hi, my broadband and phone were out when I came home last night. Reported it, but have been given a fix deadline of 06.10.21. I've tried all I can and your call centre has queues of 30 mins. Is there a network outage? Not happy to be paying for no supply or communication.

@bt_uk upgraded old TV package on Wednesday via website. Midnight Thurs you cut my TV off!! Apparent known issue for existing customers trying to upgrade. Tried for 2 days so far to get reinstated. Promised calls back & it'd be sorted. Nothing. Someone please sort this out!!
