@bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk . Promised to have my WiFi sorted today... let down yet again by BT, won’t let me upgrade my phone data either, stuck with no WiFi and very limited data. Not what you need during stay at home!

BT the service you provide is shocking, 10 call outs since Oct 2020. Still unable to stream TV without the Broadband dropping. However you are still charging me 75.00 a month. @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp

@bt_uk We have 3 flats awaiting installation. The new engineer had 6 jobs to complete before coming to us. Our appointment was 8 until 1pm. So he was never going to get to us. My fiancé was on the phone all day trying to reschedule. Disappointed in lack of communication from enginneer

@bt_uk So apparently my whole area has no BT wifi. Not sure why BT are not telling us this. Some people had information in advance of this outage and some not. It’s not an issue in my gone it’s our area!
