    @SkyNews Outrageous.Some of the best games are the supposed top 6 v teams out of it. Last week Leeds v City example.plenty trying to get in top 6 like Leeds/Everton. The worst games are often top 6 v top 6. I’ll stop paying for @SkySports @btsport if this happens #europeansuperleague

    @bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

    @bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

    @bt_uk @BTGroup @BTSopenreach Anyone getting rubbish service from BT/OpenReach? Connected to full fibre Monday-no internet since wrong connection outside Won’t get fixed ‘til 6 August! 👎😡🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Also no landline-it had to be cut to pull fibre into house! No show engineer today🤬

    @bt_uk There is an issue with the connection outside my house. My biggest issue is that no one bothered to tell me, I was still getting emails and texts telling me someone was coming today, and I find it ridiculous that no one can sort the issue until mid September (1/2)

    @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

    @btbusinesscare 2/2 but no one ever phones back. There are 3 people who have been supposedly dealing with our two accounts but no one ever does anything. Meanwhile we are left with two accounts instead of one, escalating bills, and no one to help. What do we do?

    @btbusinesscare So I want to escalate my complaint. A complaint that has been ongoing all year. To do that I need to fill in a complaints escalation form on your website that doesn't work or phone someone in billing who says they don't have authority to help and that someone else will call 1/2

    @bt_uk A fix has already been run! I would like to claim for these historical issues separately to trying to fix any persisting ones. Otherwise I'm thinking I might not ever be compensated :) fix already done!

    @btbusinesscare do you think that your “service” levels would improve beyond pathetic if there were suitable competition? Or maybe your are competing with Openreach to see who can mess your clients around the most. Seriously we just need a telephone, how hard can it be?

    @BTCare @BTGroup complaint ref: vol013-604902610583 a very poor and negative customer experience this after very poor broadband service. I would not recommend #bt to anyone anymore. 👎👎👎
