@bt_uk Having trouble with my nonrecordable YouView box. Can’t pick up the Ethernet connection from router even though everything else is working fine, I’ve hard reset both router & box as last resort, now cant use box at all as it refuses to accept there’s an Ethernet connection

@btbusinesscare Can I do this even without all the account holder details? Boss isn’t available to do it and I don’t want to download WhatsApp if they won’t be able to help without his email etc. Thank you

@bt_uk trying to set up an order for a home move for end of May but seems impossible: hour long waits on the phone, get cut off, orders riddled with errors/problems which then have to be cancelled, now can't log into myBT. Can someone please contact me?
