    @bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

    @bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

    @bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

    @bt_uk @BTGroup I want my money back for every month I've had to message you, phone you, text diagnostic bot due to having no Internet and slow unusable Internet service because its been going on a year now and this is unreasonable for over £25 a month.

    4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

    @bt_uk I’ve just moved into a place in Hackney, told the BT internet was good – currently I’m using my phone data cos all I’m getting is around 1mb on the BT wifi and can barely load google...is it down at the moment or can we get some more speed please? #BTareyouhavingalaugh

    @bt_uk happy with the new telegraph pole today. Shocked that you don’t feel the need to notify anyone in advance. Trying to wfh, but without internet for 3 hours and couldn’t get off my drive! Poor workmen had to inform everyone! Simple letter in advance would be polite.

    @marksweney do you cover @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk stories? They damaged my internet connection 5 weeks ago, and have refused to fix it so far. Latest update today is that they don't consider the issue "brand damaging" enough to be escalated...
