@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@SkyNews Outrageous.Some of the best games are the supposed top 6 v teams out of it. Last week Leeds v City example.plenty trying to get in top 6 like Leeds/Everton. The worst games are often top 6 v top 6. I’ll stop paying for @SkySports @btsport if this happens #europeansuperleague

@btsport @virginmedia is there an issue with the ultimate channel. Watching football on Saturday and the picture was not smooth, there was a slight, noticeable jump same is happening tonight but when I watched the games on normal HD channel all was ok

@bt_uk Got battery back up. But no help on digital voice as BT phones don’t support repeaters. Engineer was lovely but knew nothing about my situation or lack of DECT signal. So no digital phones working in this house no support in power cut. Back to SQ 1
