@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk hey, you promised me 45Mb/s download with my new service and I have 47Mb/s. You said it would be installed and working yesterday and it was. You said it was stable. It is. People moan when things go wrong but rarely say well done. Good job guys.

@bt_uk my partner is having a problem with their bt internet email account. Can search inbox for emails on desktop version in a browser but on mobile version in browser or on any mobile email apps she is unable to search her inbox at all. Any ideas?? Cant call as abroad! Thanks

Broadband + phone down @bt_uk since 10am yesterday. On premium contract. You just emailed saying will fix by 14 Dec - 5 days time!!! Can't get to speak to anyone - customer service on hold 22 mins so far. Same yesterday. No reply to complaint form submitted. PLEASE REPLY!!
