@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk You have the most shocking customer service I have ever experienced. I have dealt with three different people, none of them have returned calls when they specifically stated they would, and neither of them reply to their emails. Good bye BT, you have lost my custom!!

@bt_uk People say stupidity is doing the same thing for 20 years and expecting a different result. But I genuinely believe this time that BT is committed to driving down prices for all customers. And that's why I will be staying for a 21st year.

BT around worthing is absolutely terrible! I’ve lost count of how many times my internet has dropped out this month and throughout the year, constantly without internet for days at a time. @bt_uk

Still no Internet from @bt_uk. So they've sent me a 4G mini hub in the meantime to allow some connection. Guess what, it doesn't work. Apparently there's no signal. Even though there is on my phone. 🤬🤬🤬

@bt_uk router is still showing tbe colour orange. Rebooted a couple of times but paying for a service that you promise to fix at the turn of the month isn't making me a happy customer

OK @bt_uk my unwell 84 year old neighbour is a telephone customer of yours. He has no working phone line. Thought we had sorted out engineer who didnt appear today. What do you suggest?

Because why would they? @bt_uk have me on a contract so it doesn't really matter to them of they deliver the service at this point.
