    @bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

    @bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

    @bt_uk can you explain why I’m paying what I’m paying for bt services when I’ve just spent the last 90 minutes trying to get my youview box to work , if no acceptable answer is given then I will cancel my direct debit 😡🤯cheers

    @bt_uk A few days ago you agreed to cancel my 92yr old mothers account on 21st August. Now, we learn, you're disconnecting her tomorrow 5th August. This will leave her unable to call for help. Tried to get this sorted over the phone but unable to resolve. What is going on?

    @bt_uk Would be good to just have the broadband up and running in the first place. Shocking service with the promise of a possible update on Friday when it should have been up on Monday after a house move. Should have changed provider in hindsight.....

    @bt_uk Hi, there's an issue with your Pro TV box. If you're watching a terrestrial HD channel like BBC 1 HD and there is signal loss, when the picture comes back on it plays very jerky. You have to change channel then back for it to be fixed. Everything else is brilliant.

    @girl_tinder @bt_uk Not as bad as the bother I’m having trying to get my bag back. Airline can’t help, and both baggage handler and courier who I was told picked it up won’t answer. Work so far understanding but I’m not sure how long their patience will last. Mines already gone

    @girl_tinder @bt_uk Whenever I have to ring BT, I explain everything and get nowhere, feel like pulling my hair out then at the end of the conversation when their script makes them say, “is there anything else I can help you with” I always say “yes” a off we go again with the same complaint.
