You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

glosuk68 (@glosuk68) reportedOf course - as they always do - @BTCare will maintain they don’t have an issue with email spam. They do. An explosion to 147 emails over the last 7 days, up from a handful each week. I’m thankful I no longer pay for their email services.

There doesn't seem to be any progress in fixing the problem?? Please let us know what's happening - we cannot work from work with no WiFi!!

Have been on the phone for 45 minutes trying to organise for wifi to be installed and now been put through to a new person to start the process all over again 🙄
