@bt_uk Are you just tweeting about sport or can you help with issues too? As in, is there a wi-fi dongle that would work with the TV Box, as I don't have the TV in the cupboard where the router and the line sit.

@bt_uk Thanks for missing my point 🙄 Why does a cable go right past the green box I'm connected to in order to connect up maybe 20 houses at the new end of the village whilst simultaneously pissing off all those who'd gladly pay extra for a decent service. So very unfair 😠

How can @bt_uk offer a StayFast guarantee, but also say that 48 hours of TOTAL OUTAGE must occur before compensation is awarded? Literally how does that logic work?
