@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@SkyNews Outrageous.Some of the best games are the supposed top 6 v teams out of it. Last week Leeds v City example.plenty trying to get in top 6 like Leeds/Everton. The worst games are often top 6 v top 6. I’ll stop paying for @SkySports @btsport if this happens #europeansuperleague

@bt_uk @IWFhotline BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met

@bt_uk complete Wi-fi can not reach my whole house tech team confirm noted account told me to contact loyalty team to cancel complete Wi-fi and get £100 credit, loyalty team try to increase my bill my £2 per month for cancelling it and refuse to give £100 credit can you help?
