I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Can’t even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Andrew Lewis (@Andrew_Lewis_11) reported from Ammanford, Wales@bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and I’m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reportedOver the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. I’m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.
