@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

@bt_uk is there any issues in the Edmonton London aerial ? Got home around 6 this evening and all my Internet keeps doing is going off and back on again! Very annoying now and getting on my nerves 😬 kind regards Ray.

@bt_uk 2/2 (neighbour would be okay with line running under his soffits but as his porch is in the way would need scaffolding) so had to cancel order with sky and stick with virgin. I've been told that apparently sky should have contacted BT but as a consumer it's beyond my control

@bt_uk so, after complaining about our internet speed, and having Openreach out twice, we were told by the engineer that we share our connection / bandwidth with a house down the road. We pay for 40Mb, we assume they do too. We both get 20. Doesn't feel legit.
