Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

@bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

Well done @bt_uk you’re an absolute joke! Not only do you never give me the speed you promise, the service is so intermittent I have to ask, what is the point. Settled down to watch champions league only for the broadband to go down again!! #worstprovider

So I've just found out that #UFC280 is on @btsport Box office, I've been looking firsts to this event for so long, but I believe that you can shove me paying an EXTRA £20 right up your f**kin arse you thieving t**ts.. Time to cancel all together I think. Time to seek alternatives

@bt_uk can you confirm why my grandparents have been told they need internet to have a phone line? Their phone has now been cut off and they have no access to emergency services via telephone?

@TheCenci @btsport Totally agree. I'm not from Liverpool,I'm a wool i guess, I'm 52, but I've supported the club and loved the city and its values since I could first get there in the 80's and been going since, home and away when I can. It boils my piss to hear this **** without it being called out

@bt_uk I am have a problem with my broadband have gone to troubleshooting and they need to send an engineer out but the times are when I'm at work if you need to send an engineer why can't you do weekend for people like me who work

@bt_uk dreadful service from this shower. Still waiting for my broadband upgrade 6 weeks after ordering and still they can't give me a firm date when the work will be done. Any wonder why I'll leave BT at the end of my contract?
