  • hockeybee Steve Merry (@hockeybee) reported

1/2 @btsport on the 14th January 2020 you posted a video on your socials of Jack Wilshire hiding in a washing machine and frightening Declan Rice, What a stupid post. There are kids that will look at this and think it’s a funny idea to hide in a washing machine

  • Colly_wobbles Colette Houlihan (@Colly_wobbles) reported

@MigryM @bt_uk I'm paying £26 pm and the service is 100 to @TalkTalk I don't use the phone line just internet

  • elderpegasus Neil Young (@elderpegasus) reported

Disappointed with @bt_uk 's "halo" service that supposedly keeps you online if there service fails - they send you a small EE 4G to WiFi router/bridge. What they don't send you is a power supply for it (thankfully I have one that fits) or any means to use it other than WiFi.

  • amoroliviaa amoroliviaa (@amoroliviaa) reported

@bt_uk @btsport FIX UR WIFI THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS

  • Bootybosworth hails (@Bootybosworth) reported

@bt_uk yet again BT why are you closing my complaint when I specifically said to the caller today not to!!! You have not resolved my complaint you haven't addressed my concerns and yet you have closed it again!?!? @Ofcom

  • Dewsick_ Dewsick (@Dewsick_) reported

@bt_uk every single night at 6-7pm til about 11pm I'm constantly having 20% packetloss and 3Mb down. I usually get 1Gb. I'm not with you but my service is using your lines. I'm actually quite sick of having to come home from work and basically can't watch a 720p video.

  • MigryM migry_main (@MigryM) reported

I am paying £53 to @bt_uk for my broadband (70Mbps) and landline. Seems excessive to me. Just went to the #BT website as a NEW customer. Same BB and phone package costs £28. Wow I am a complete MUG for allowing BT to rip me off for £53. ALL offered packages are cheaper than £53 !

  • MigryM migry_main (@MigryM) reported

@Colly_wobbles @bt_uk @TalkTalk Yes thank you. Stupid of me not to realise that BT were ripping me off. Equivalent packages cost around £30, or even cheaper if you drop landline alltogether.

  • chris2015bcw cjw (@chris2015bcw) reported

@bt_uk BT have called me back today for the 1st time since I raised my complaint over 2 months ago. The BT operative was named Laura. She has assured me that I will be receiving a cheque for just under £300 within 5-7 working days and that I would get a follow up call next week.

  • MigryM migry_main (@MigryM) reported

So @bt_uk the village has in the past year had cable installed. Only found out by speaking to the people ripping up the pavement. So if I tied myself to a 24 month contract with BT and cable internet becomes available I CANNOT use the better service for 2 YEARS !!!
