I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Idiots. Still take our money tho!! Careful bout signing up to them People. It’s Ongoing months now! Missed so much sport I’ve paid for.

Guaranteed Con!

Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
