Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

@bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

Well done @bt_uk you’re an absolute joke! Not only do you never give me the speed you promise, the service is so intermittent I have to ask, what is the point. Settled down to watch champions league only for the broadband to go down again!! #worstprovider

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk I seem to be able to select a maximum of 200. I have over 5000 emails that I would like to no longer be weighing me down. Outlook has this as a feature, but we appear to be stuck in the past

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk absolutely shocking service, have requested on 3 separate occasions for Wi-Fi to be installed in our home, only to be told an hour before no one from Openreach can attend & they can’t do anything to rectify any issues. Please can you help?

@bt_uk @ScottMcGready a code directly from bt support to activate expert mode, or for support to have some clause about not fixing configuration issues in client routers while in expert mode, but for the love of god let me change my DNS servers
