I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Canโt even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

Guaranteed Con!

I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Now Iโm in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me ยฃ60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test itโs ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

It feels like a trap.

Iโm physically disabled and itโs incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish weโd never joined BT.
