@bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

Well done @bt_uk you’re an absolute joke! Not only do you never give me the speed you promise, the service is so intermittent I have to ask, what is the point. Settled down to watch champions league only for the broadband to go down again!! #worstprovider

Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk Don't worry I will be letting everyone know how it goes. I'm sick of paying for a substandard service. I paid for halo because it's suppose to be the best but I have had more trouble with BT than I have with any other telecoms provider....

@bt_uk The new email system is shoddy and does not perform as well as the previous system but it is functional. My complaint, as your colleagues well know, is the fact your guys screwed it up and took three months to fix it.

To add more insult to injury @bt_uk your tracking services says Wednesday but I'm getting texts saying I have an engineer Tuesday and Wednesday now. Can't even speak to anyone as the fault service says to text that absolutely daft text service that caused this.

@bt_uk your service is really really bad. I'm extremely unhappy with your service constant disconnects engineers call outs 3 new routers.... I will be leaving your **** service if the engineers can fix the issue this wed. Not happy at all...

@bt_uk I've spent three months (this is not an exaggeration) sorting out the monumental **** up your staff made on my email accounts. I'm not about to start again! Still heard nothing about my formal complaint.
