@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

@bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

I have to say, that @BT_UK customer support has been consistently brilliant, to my amazement. They've really upped their game compared with 20 years ago when I left them in disgust. Never had to wait more than 2 rings for my calls to be answered, friendly and helpful advisers.

@bt_uk Your telephone engineers are fussy, only got to move phone socket from upstairs bedroom to downstairs lounge, & you would think I was asking the Earth! Told him it was a simple job 🤨 Wouldn’t be so bad but you are charging me well over a hundred quid for the privilege 🙄
