Now Iโm in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me ยฃ60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test itโs ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Canโt even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

Guaranteed Con!

Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

Alan Swanson (@Haggisguy) reported@bt_uk The first 3 I cannot do because I cannot log into my account online, you don't take international checks, I don't live in the UK so pay machine doesn't work. And your customer service team want to authenticate the account with me, using a uk mobile.
