@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk and @EE are two of the most dishonest companies I ever had to deal with. Agents mis-selling products, lying and then charging clients for services they never wanted. I have been in a mess with these two for two months now. Absolutely mind-blowing!

@bt_uk One of your customer service team is now saying there's no issue with our broadband and this is resolved remotely. It isn't. This is the 2nd time someone has been told to stay home only for nobody to show and our internet is unusable. What are you going to do about it?

@bt_uk Not very good renewal deal of £53 when new customers get *3 months broadband free *£32 for the same service Just off the phone to the loyalty line and £53 was the offer.

@SkySportsNews @btsport @BBCSport can we please start asking questions into why players are starting to have serious problems in their breathing and their heart I'm currently counting 5 in the last 3 months. Is this an issue with too many games or is something more serious????
