Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk yet again im sat on hold 1hour plus then cut off. Passed from operator to operator. Over 3 weeks now no answers. 20xcalls of 1 hour+ 6 cancelled orders. Why am i persisting to join a service that clearly doesnt want my business. Absolute disgrace

@PhilBatemanMBE I don’t know if you can do anything to help but last Monday,City Fibre dug up the end of our street & since then several of my neighbours & my mom have been without phone &/or internet.Between us my mom & I have contacted @Plusnet & @bt_uk but got nowhere…

@bt_uk No thanks, just comparing options at the moment. Seems no matter what you do if you sign up for a new service in march you're never going to pay the price shown at that point because the CPI increase always applies but isn't shown now, even though it's a known value.

BT @bt_uk sent a letter stating they would be putting up their charges by around £5 a month! Even more money for a poorer and poorer service. The internet cuts off altogether at least twice a day now, albeit only for 5-10 mins. Far slower than it used to be too. Not good enough!
