    @bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

    Well done @bt_uk you’re an absolute joke! Not only do you never give me the speed you promise, the service is so intermittent I have to ask, what is the point. Settled down to watch champions league only for the broadband to go down again!! #worstprovider

    @bt_uk so just I’m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

    @bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and I’m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

    Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

    @bt_uk so after 7 engineers visiting in less than 3 months, yet again no sports, films or HD channels. To cancel the tv package quoted £531. Brilliant service BT. Great customer service

    Really disappointed with the service from #BT for my home move… again! Order placing all over the place, engineer dates rearranged, conflicting information every time I phone up and now no internet for a household who works remotely. It’s FTTP, it should be simple! @bt_uk

    @OpenreachHelp I need my 98 year old mother's broadband upgrade connected, she's been given the runaround since a botched upgrade on feb 10th. Despite various phone calls promising to put her case through as urgent, according to bt_uk, openreach are refusing to budge on the 18 march to fix it

    @bt_uk Disgusted technical support, 4 days no fix on my locked primary email address. Will be investigating a new provider for my BT internet that have agile tech support. Customer support, please don’t contact me with your apologies unless you can expedite a solution with tier 2.
