  Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

  @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

  PSA don't go with @bt_uk, all providers minus @virginmedia, use the same line. Just shop around and make sure their services: customer and broadband is top as BT are just terrible.

  @bt_uk Well you’re talking the piss. I’ve had three engineers out and my Wi-fi is still dreadful with none of them seemingly capable of fixing it properly. Solution no 3 is a new router (which I suggested first time round). My ‘complaint’ has been unilaterally closed twice so far...

  @bt_uk Been trying to leave my broadband contract for weeks and agreed to pay the £500+ cancellation fee even though I've had poor service but they still didn't want me to leave. None of my complaints/calls had been documented and the most recent one was closed with no resolve.

  @bt_uk Really annoyed with BT TV and the awful TV planner. Never updates so programs cut off too early and today it had a program taped for a completely wrong time and I’ve missed it. Never had any of these problems with Sky

  @bt_uk my@dads wife has been down for a week now and just an orange light on smart hub 2. I have tried everything but nothing seems to work can you please help
