Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

@bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

Has to be said that @btsport online coverage is very poor indeed. Pausing, stuttering, random fast forwarding and won’t work on my smart tv, it’s totally amateurish. And Steve McManaman is god awful!!

There appears to be severe congestion impacting segments of the @btbusinesscare network intermittently over the past 48 hours. Pretty unusual as normally BT are on top of stuff like this. 5-15% packet loss, IPv4 and v6, not appears both. ~15% of lines I monitor.

Love how every time I get to the end of my minimum broadband term with @bt_uk it's upgrade offers are always 'Why not pay even more for the privilege of staying with us?'. Literally wanting to charge me £20 more per month than a new customer. Why?

@bt_uk They looked into my billing issue, and then came across my phone line issue, which I had been reassured by another advisor on Saturday was in progress, but from today’s conversation, seems like it wasn’t.
