  @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

  @bt_uk We've done this, repeatedly. An engineer has been to fix the fault and its worse than before. We've tried to raise the problem again multiple times and get nowhere.

  I CANNOT believe how incompetent @bt_uk home move team are… apparently it’s reasonable for a customer to assume their digital voice won’t move with FTTP move & instead regress to analog on different line! Oh & then expect them to discard their digital & BUY new analog handsets!

  @bt_uk My hybrid smarthub 2 won't let me split up the 2.4ghz & 5ghz bandwidth, so I've had to turn off the 5ghz to get smart devices to work.. any news of an update to allocate devices to different bandwidths to get over this issue?

  @bt_uk hi bt I need a contact number that can help me with a complaint. I have a series of missed payments from 2016 adversely affecting credit. These missed payments say its BT, which is incorrect I never had any missed payments with you so need this resolved asap

  .@bt_uk incredibly slow broadband for the last couple of days - connected via ethernet so it should be zip zap - BT app also not working for me to be able to check - problems in NE London area or is it the heat?

  @bt_uk The problem is what you define as hate as very often disliking something as simple as a video game can have people branded all kinds of nasty names.
