    Well done @bt_uk you’re an absolute joke! Not only do you never give me the speed you promise, the service is so intermittent I have to ask, what is the point. Settled down to watch champions league only for the broadband to go down again!! #worstprovider

    Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

    ‘Miles away from Their best’ is a fair assessment from @btsport of @FCHTOnline performance today. Very disappointed with Pete Wild in front of the cameras let himself down.

    @bt_uk are an absolute joke. 3 engineers, 3 customer service reps, 4 fault techs and endless hours on the phone and you still can’t provide me with the service I am paying for! Never experienced such incompetence 😡

    @bt_uk Fair enough, I think I was hoping the sender got a bit more info. What do I do if my router has been mis-delivered then? My internet hasn’t been working and the engineers thing my current router is the issue

    @bt_uk very frustrating. My broadband connection went live 2 days ago but my Smart Hub 2 still hasn’t arrived and when I called customer service yesterday I couldn’t get a straight answer. It says dispatch delayed on track my order but for how long?!

    @bt_uk Thank You I've spoken to a BT rep via phone and am told that the issue is @OpenreachHelp and that we'll be without a landline, usable Broadband until mid October. but never mind I and several others in the street can just keep paying for something we haven't got. stay safe

    @bt_uk why is my internet not working. I have been in contact they said I need have a wire connection to my Devices no one told @apple to make wire connection to a iPad or iPhones.
