Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
