Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

@bt_uk an issue on BT side of things? Reading there may be NAT issues, which would tie in with problems being experienced with NAS and online gaming. If there is an issue, why has BT not made this public? Or explained it has been fixed.

@bt_uk This creates question of "is that free phone within my BT package?" Currently I'm BT landline/WiFi customer deciding if to cancel EE package YOU (not they) sold me. Am in 14 days & would revert to being your mobile customer,unless I may not cos of MMC. If so YOU should have said.

The fault reporting system at @bt_uk is truly dreadful. Online used to work, but now replaced by text messages that a bot replies to. Phone calls promised but never come. Reported voice calls on landline out of order Monday. Now Thursday and no action.

@bt_uk What is a BT home tech expert? Can they also sort out network faults? When logging my fault they advise a cable issue. Home tech experts seems to set up routers etc...?
