  @bt_uk Hi. Could you advise how long the battery lasts in the Mini Hub, from full charge to red (less than 20%). Secondly, we had full loss of service for 2 days. Could you please credit/amend our next bill w/ £10 for the £5 a day loss of service you agree to give customers. Thx

  @skytv I have a Sky Q box and ever since I changed to @bt_uk broadband my connection to the Sky Box continually drops. My Broadband works fine just the connection to the sky box is the only thing affected. Any ideas how to fix?

  @ArsenalMoh8 @getnanit @bt_uk BT Smart is good for the most part although recently when the little one wakes up without making a sound, it hasn’t been detecting her movement when she sits up. Not sure if that’s an issue with just my device or with all of them.

  @bt_uk Absolutely disgusting service again from BT towards my parents ongoing saga. False promises over Christmas - no phone call from BT today as promised, no temporary SIM cards delivered, no broadband set up and Mum has been cut off when trying to speak to a Manager! AWFUL!!!
