@bt_uk New hub in but broadband has cut out few times today engineer here earlier but with being a good day could not find anything help plz

@Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk I can’t think of one customer centric company that doesn’t have the same kind of disregard for customers. Broadband, Car insurance and banks the worst offenders. However retailers catching up fast!!!

So the new EE qmini hub from @bt_uk that was sent to the wrong address connects to local network but not to the internet!! this is the fourth one that has done this and I am sure that will be my fault also

@Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk Unfortunately for anyone in tech they’ve long fallen in the “wouldn’t touch them if they paid us”, utterly useless and forever internally blaming it on another department, hence why always use Zen or Phone Coop, same lines but humans to talk to for support and they deal with BT

@Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk I'd like to know who they are actually 'busy' speaking to when we are put into these never ending hold queues. I don't know anyone who actually ever successfully reaches an operator without the the infernal hold and litany of excuses and fake apologies.

BT broadband down again. Ever since upgrading to a faster speed it’s been a bag of crap. Have to spend 3 years on chat or a call to get it sorted. Not good enough!! @bt_uk
