Mini hub sent, received today but in the meantime received a message to say it had been switched off. On phone for hours. Promised they’d switch mini hub back on. Haven’t. Now an email saying they’ve sent another mini hub. Useless

Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.
