    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

    @bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

    @bt_uk Yes I do. But because of you. And it's Wednesday. Your company is horrific as I'm am being charged for a service which was mis-sold, and I'm not even connected to your broadband! Your customer service has been appalling and unhelpful. This is affecting my livelihood!

    @bt_uk Hi Craig. It solution is to click the new BTID option and complete with an email (making sure your recovery email is not the same). This isn't clear within any FAQs, or during the process. Hope this helps.

    They feel entirely abandoned by @bt_uk after years and years of being loyal customers. Your website is also useless, saying the fault is fixed. It isn’t! Complaint raised days ago and no calls from the complaints team either despite promises of calls on the 4th and 7th
