@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

After almost twenty hours on the phone over the last week with @bt_uk, and over a week without internet, only one of two things will happen: BT will close our complaint or BT will send us another minihub, to be switched off when they decide. We have three already.

How is it possible to screw up this badly and stay in business? Most people would lose their jobs. Now on the phone again as I just received an email saying our complaint has been closed - again - and BT is glad they could help. Still no resolution. @bt_uk #doyourjob
