BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩
