They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

I am now being told by BT Executive Customer Solutions that I have to wait to 16 January! Openreach in their wisdom switched the copper broadband off - we are on 4G only.
