@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@bt_uk So here’s the thing. A household waste lorry knocked down the telegraph pole on out street on Friday but my neighbour has just spent 45 minutes in the phone to BT to ask when the whole street will get their phone and internet back, only to be told that BT didn’t knock it down 1/2

@bt_uk After a month of having the hybrid package can confirm its useless. Our broadband went down for about 1 week so had to switch to the 4g, 2Mbps speeds! A joke. EE signal is good for our area (via EE website). 2Mbps better off using my phone hotspot.
