Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk Iโve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins ๐คฏ then have to start from scratch again with new staff ๐ฉ

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. However ive just recieved another bill and My BT says another is due in September! Can someone dm me pls
