    @bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

    @bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

    @netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

    @redliz @bt_uk @btsport btsport charge an absolute fortune for their service. It’s hard enough so the moment without being fleeced for “live” football that may not reappear this year! @bt_uk you really need to rethink this decision, try ringing @SkySports they can tell you how to do it!

    @CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

    @btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

    So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

    @bt_uk hi we are moving house tomorrow and it’s not clear if we will have b/band or not. On the app it says the engineer visit for the 10th is unconfirmed. I rang on sat and the lady said openreach would contact me and she would dispatch a mini hub to keep us going, help pls?!

    @btsport any chance you could work out a way of us having some decent commentary for the 2nd test? You have the rights but @SkyCricket know how to broadcast cricket. I don't mind Aussie commentary (Channel 9 not Fox) but it needs to be balanced and not crap. Thanks ever so.
