    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @bt_uk can’t get on a live chat! We can’t get so Wi-fi signal to the back bedrooms of the house. We’ve had the smart hub for the last 4 years is there an upgrade?

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @bt_uk @JillLamede as Gareth from BT has said above, please Direct Message (DM) the @bt_uk and they will help. Just some background around why you're moving to Digital Voice, essentially old analogue landline phone network is being retired by 2025 so all UK is going VOIP (Digital Voice)

    @bt_uk All I needed was to be able to rebook an appointment but connections say I have to cancel the order and redo. Unecessary, the open reach engineer has solved the problem but needs an appointment made to action.

    @bt_uk Our upload has lowered to as low as 0.26 Mbps, tested on multiple devices whilst the "lag" was happening. The connected has never been the same since next door had service installed and the joint outside was replaced, old speeds were 50/12 vs low averages of 20/4 at lowest now.

    Legit the worse provider going @bt_uk rudest staff aswell absoulte joke of a company no internet all day and speeds are crap for the price we pay 👎
