    1, @BTCare Hi we left you in May because of your appalling customer service (or lack@of it) and now my father has gone back to you (against my wishes) to receive fibre broadband. Not only has he been told he can’t get fibre today (Unsure of the reason)

    @BTCare I was told yesterday you would be in contact, then you advised it would be today after an engineer didn’t turn up last Friday. Still nothing! It’s ridiculous and not a good way to treat new customers!

    @BTCare Why on earth is our broadband situation still not sorted out? It’s the worst it’s ever been. We got a text saying ‘we haven’t found a network problem’. Then tell me why nothing is loading at all!!! I work from home most days - I need broadband. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @BTCare No not last week have had it a few months. But I'm on my 3rd smart hub already. As I'm sure t you are aware there is a problem where the hub refuses dns and gets caught in reboot loop. I have dropped 4 times in 2 weeks so far. :(

The season we went down we were awful, actually we were bloody terrible. It was probably the best thing that could have happened. Looking forward to see what the film makes of it.

    @BTCare We moved home in august! Took our service with us and was told that no one was needed for installation. All I want is a refund on the £100s I'm owed. Unlimited in my mind means no limits I would really like to leave bt and go back to a company who don't over charge -Virgin media!
