@BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

Hi @bt_uk @BTCare Big shout out to Garry. Excellent service, after losing Landline L & Broadband on 25thOctober, due to cables being stolen, whole village and area out. He has stay with this issue until reconnection He has called me today to confirm refund to A/C 👍 #Excellence

@bt_uk So it seems BT are prepared to leave an old lady without her landline which is her life line because of a problem created by them because their system won't allow them to change a date that has been moved by them at least 4 times now. Funny that. This is not the end.

@bt_uk Hi, made contact via chat earlier but lost the connection. Option to use chat not now available? The problem I have is that the WiFi disc you recently sent me won’t power up. No lights at all and I can’t get to speak to anyone to resolve this.
