    @OpenreachHelp we’ve been waiting since October 28th (3 MONTHS!!) for @WeAreOpenreach to fix a faulty telephone pole so that @bt_uk can set up our broadband finally. 3 months with temp WiFi under lockdown, endless promised timelines, and still no sign - PLEASE GIVE AN UPDATE

    @skytv @bt_uk Transferring to BT Fibre from Sky Fibre, Sky makes error resulting in 3 Days of no internet, no sign of resolution, no accountability, no call backs. Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

    @BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

    Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

    @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

    I would sell Martial for 10 Bensons, half a lager & a packet of prawn cocktail. I’ve never seen him speak, he is slow, laziest player around and never shows any recovery. I’d go mad if I had strikers like that in my team @rioferdy5 @btsport

    42 days now and BT still has not activated my new broadband account. Horrific service. The combo of BT and OpenReach not exactly agile. No one appears to be accountable. @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp. To cap it all, they send me bills for services that I'm still waiting for. Laughable.

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp I’ve taken 3 days of work to aid with accommodating appointments to make sure that I can get my internet installed that’s £350 of missed wages waiting for engineers who never turn up. I work in a call centre and this is absolutely appalling.

    @OpenreachHelp . @bt_uk have been relaying the updates from @OpenreachHelp . I just cannot understand how someone your end has sent multiple engineers out to multiple properties that are being fed by the same nodes/Cab for the same issue without realising that the issue is more widespread???

    Hello @bt_uk, we’ve tried numerous times since October to get you to repair our landline and you’ve yet to help. My clinically unwell father is now missing doctors appointments as the hospital can’t phone us. You keep assuring us you’re on top of it, but nothing has happened.
