@Tanya173 @bt_uk Snap to that and I’m in Gillingham Kent. Spoke to the complaints department this morning and there’s nothing they can do until Tuesday apparently. I have complete blackout. No tv, internet or phone.

Hi @bt_uk @BTCare Big shout out to Garry. Excellent service, after losing Landline L & Broadband on 25thOctober, due to cables being stolen, whole village and area out. He has stay with this issue until reconnection He has called me today to confirm refund to A/C 👍 #Excellence

Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

@BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

@DavidGArnold @bt_uk Make a complaint against them via Oftel if they won’t do the right thing. Am so glad I switched to Sky, they’ve been great, even when there have been problems (which were actually caused by BT as it turned out!)

@bt_uk It would appear that you still have the ability to fast track people despite engineers being so busy. Faulty lines that are still semi-functioning can be prioritised, so why can’t those who have absolutely no service at all? So far you have been no help at all
