After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

We have complained numerous times over the duration of our contract and now that we have decided to chanfe to another provider you want to charge me for leaving. Alex Dodd (@alex_dodd) reported@bt_uk when myself and my partner are on video calls we get regular freezing for a few seconds and then the video and audio feed will speed up to catch up with itself. Speed tests return 280mb+ and router resets don’t resolve the issue. This is over Wi-Fi. Can you help sort this?

Alex Dodd (@alex_dodd) reported@bt_uk Thanks Neil. So as our speed is roughly 150x the required for video calling, what do you recommend to fixing the issue we are having? Looking at advanced router settings? Scheduling a video call test? Engineer visit? Replacement router?
