Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband π€― and we lost π€¬
