@skytv @bt_uk Transferring to BT Fibre from Sky Fibre, Sky makes error resulting in 3 Days of no internet, no sign of resolution, no accountability, no call backs. Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

@bt_uk We moved to a new building and a new flat. Everything in the house is new but the internet is very slow. BT box should be installed in our building. They connected our internet from the next building and it is very slow. Pulling a cable from the next building is not right at all.

Internet update; @bt_uk engineers are in a manhole! This isn't a euphonism or code, they had to go and get permission from the council to get access to said manhole to fix the fault! I get frustrated and I know it's their job but that can't be having a pleasant day.
