@bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

@bt_uk New connection Order placed 2 weeks ago. Promised for connection 26th. Didn’t happen! Called Customer Service who apologised & said it would be put on an expedited request! Checked and it’s down for 14/12! Been on hold to speak with someone for 25 mins. Call me ASAP

@bt_uk BT in their infinite wisdom have decided to delete my mobile number, instead of the requuested deletion of my late partners number. This was "fixed" by Donna Stanley is executive customer resolution team 3 weeks ago but it seems not as phone disconnected today. Help!!!

@bt_uk It'd be far more secure if you had customers contact you by logging into our BT accounts via your website. That way even if someone DID steal a device, they might still not be able to validate any of the accounts on it without knowing the login details.
