@btbusinesscare Alan, we are now being told by that team an engineer will visit us tomorrow. Not acceptable as this is an error by BT, not a fault. Please help ASAP.

@bt_uk the issue I have today is that you cut my services off and said that someone else is taking over the account. I have not given any permission for this. On top of that you are saying you want to charge me for ending my contract early.

If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

@btsport what a discraceful service you provide ,I'd been qouted 10 pound per month and being charged 29 ,promised a call back still nothing but happy to keep taking my money. 😡

So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

@SkySports Pub closed for 7 months and you haven't switched us back on in time for re-opening and tonight's football. Could have done what @btsport did and switch us on a few days early to prevent this. Really poor effort!

Any chance of you sorting my broadband out anytime soon @bt_uk only had to put up with it running crap for about 10 weeks now. Then you arrange for a engineer to come out twice and they fail to show up both times!! #rubbish

@bt_uk just got an email telling me web protect has been activated, not by me! Did you do this or someone else, email really not clear. Tried logging in to MyBT but typical problems with website, it keeps redirecting me to a bt mailbox, if i try again i get the login screen

@Gingerted1 We have moved and have full fiber to the house 150mb and it's rubbish! Keeps disconnecting the Sky box everything lags @bt_uk made an appointment for 2 engineers to come out and both times they never showed up. 10 weeks this problem and still not sorted mate.
