@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

@bt_uk Bloke from Openreach came and cut my phone line!!!! All he needed to do was put 4 clips back on the wall. No warning. Now have to sit in car cancelling appointments as no 4G where I live. Complete idiot!

Another ombudsman complaint against @bt_uk as two months ago they created a second internet contract for me out of thin air and started charging me double. Complained many times, open complaints have been closed, requests for deadlock letters have been ignored. Awful company.

@bt_uk I have 2 of you mini home wifi discs but every 2 days they disconnect or get so confused I have a poor/limited Wi-Fi signal - why? Why can’t they just stay connected and work!! Constantly having to switch off and on 😞
