If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

@bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

@TeamKnowhowUK @vicki2012x Girlfriend trying to buy a computer off them for, believe it or not 5 weeks now. They always tweet about some complaints processes but do **** all at the end. Worst customer service ever experienced. Worse than @bt_uk and that is one achievement 🖕🖕🖕

@bt_uk how do I check on any local outages, we have had nothing but problems with our sky internet for which you provide the fibre line for it. I must say that it is a complete pile of utter c%&p. I have been in contact with sky who have escalated it to yourselves once again

@bt_uk It's now got worse. Eventually got through to chat online. Told I need an engineer visit, but won't come on a Saturday. I have no holidays left to take for B.T. Then my wi-fi goes off again during chat. This is horrendous service. Paying for a substandard service.

@bt_uk Hi rang them and they were going to call back. Which the guy did, unfortunately I had to run to the vet with the dog (literally 5mins before he rang back). Will he try again this evening? He said he was in till 7pm. Feel bad for what I'm sure he thinks is me wasting his time 😞
