@bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

@btsport Cannot believe that during these times, when Sky Sports, gyms, even mortgage companies are allowing easy online suspension of payments, that you are being as difficult as possible to pause subscription. I now have no option but to cancel DD & I will not be coming back!🤬

@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

@bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

Wow @BTCare what an awful company you are my services were suppose to go live on the 29/11 we are now the 8/12 and still no one will help me go live I have lost £100 a day not being able to work and I'm told all I'll get back for this is a pathetic £5 a day

@bt_uk No service since 1Dec-3 engineers- 3bt and modem replacements. About 29phone calls. No replies to my 3complaint letters. It’s beyond perplexed that a provider calling themselves British Telecom can be providing such diabolical services.

@bt_uk Hey why is the BT hotspot down at Chandos Court I paid for 5days and I feel I have only got 2 days right now, can't connect or find the network having to use my own mobile data. This is completely crap service.

@bt_uk we are still offline and without landline since November 8th. Several dates for resolution later we are told the big day will be 18th December. Our business is being affected at a time we can ill afford for this to happen. Disabled parents cannot contact us. Come on BT!

@bt_uk it's the recorder box - basically it records one out of five on the planner (very annoying) This is my second box with same issues since February. BT can find nothing wrong with it. Is it just my recorder or is there a wider issue with the software?
