@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@bt_uk Yes you’re team have been excellent. The issue has been a clear error mixing up plot numbers with house numbers but it’s taken three weeks for this to come to light and I can’t get some from Openreach to acknowledge this and confirm action to address.

So @OpenreachHelp we finally found out your field engineers put my parent's port to the wrong house number in the system. @BT_UK can't activate. They are elderley in a new build, in rural area with zero means of contacting anyone (mobile poor). What if something happens?!
