    @netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

    @bt_uk hi, I'm very disappointed that my broadband price has gone up to ยฃ31+ per month, I didn't sign up for that price, is there any way I can cancel my contract, as it's not feasible for me in the long run? Thanks.

    Another potential Wi-Fi-less few days it seems. Iโ€™m not entirely sure @bt_ukโ€™s fix of tying a tree branch away from the main box using blue nylon cord wrapped round a large rock has been a total success, you know.

    @bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

    @bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isnโ€™t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasnโ€™t load balanced or profiled.

    @tomhj123 @bt_uk I have been told the same this with regards to it being outside of the period but to give them their due they have now started digging deeper for me. Hopefully both of our issues will be resolved quickly.

    @bt_uk Itโ€™s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - itโ€™s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @bt_uk As already highlighted we have now spoken to Royal Mail they explained that they own the postal code system as they deliver letters across the country, because we don't have an access point for letters to be delivered we won't be added, quite rightly so. The issue is with @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins ๐Ÿคฏ then have to start from scratch again with new staff ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

    @Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed

    @bt_uk haha you are joking aren't you? The lines are only answered 8am-9pm Monday to Friday even though you complete migrations over the weekend now with what seems minimally trained staff and no support.
