I have worked in telecoms previously & they’re the best provider.

After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.
