-
Julian Brown (@JuckaBardo) reported from Bingley, England@bt_uk Any problems with internet or signal in BD16 area at present? Our NOW TV service has been saying it's offline a lot (eventually works) & laptop struggled today too.
-
matthew langhorn (@LanghornMatthew) reported from Halifax, England@redliz @bt_uk @btsport btsport charge an absolute fortune for their service. It’s hard enough so the moment without being fleeced for “live” football that may not reappear this year! @bt_uk you really need to rethink this decision, try ringing @SkySports they can tell you how to do it!
-
The Flappit (@theflappitpub) reported from Keighley, England@BTBusiness @BTCare you are an absolute joke 2 weeks ago rang to get the extortionate rate on my business contract changed after several **** ups I’m still waiting! last week someone was ringing me back, yesterday I was being sent a complaint form and someone would ring me! 😡
-
Michael Collinson (@Mcollinson72) reported from Wakefield, England@btsport your streaming app on my tv is absolutely crap, keeps going off on my 300Mb broadband service. Not good enough for £25 per month. What am I paying for?
-
Graeme Rayner (@Gag_N_Bone_Man) reported from Dewsbury, England@lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.
-
Jo McArdle (@JoMcArdle13) reported from Wakefield, England@bt_uk do you have a contact email/phone number regarding issues with your internet?
-
Dan Walsh (@PastPostPro) reported from Dewsbury, England@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.
-
Julian Brown (@JuckaBardo) reported from Bingley, England@NeillShenton @btsport A lot of the co-commenators seem to be either pretty bad or annoying don't they? I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..
-
Bantam Pete (@BantamPete) reported from Wibsey, EnglandSomebody in the @btsport hierarchy needs to follow @Sky’s customer focused example of pausing customer subscriptions whilst there is no live sport to show! Expect a mass exodus inc me at the end of contracts unless you can show some compassion in these tough times! Sky ✅ BT ❌
-

Mandip Matharoo (@MMatharoo) reported from Leeds, England@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

-
-
Sam (@samsamsamsam92) reported from Leeds, England@aliogg_77 @btsport The Saturday blackout was brought in 50 years ago and doesn’t show any benefit these days - in fact the EFL themselves have been campaigning to get it scrapped. On the FA cup point, little old Manchester United the live game tonight, sure the 900k in TV money will do them good.
-
Mark (@RamblingSailor) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.
-
Mandip Matharoo (@MMatharoo) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk Have spoken to the fibre team, and they have said there is an outage in the area which sucks
-

-
Slimzee (@slimzeeUTD) reported@virginmedia 28million pound fine, what a crap service. Glad I moved to @bt_uk
-
Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported@bt_uk I have tried to do it on my account even downloaded the app but nowhere to do it it just sends you round and round in circles I am a new customer today this isn't looking good so far
-
Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).
-
Michael E (@Michael35427696) reported@bt_uk We have made a complaint, you closed the complaint with matter resolved !! Without telling us how its been resolved ? So we reopened it, and still awaiting an explanation as to how you think it has been resolved ?
-
Elton Murphy (@eltonmurphy) reported@btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
-
Kyron Hodgetts (@poutingpou) reported@bt_uk thanks for the great service. Almost two months on, still no fibre connection and now you have cancelled my contract right in the middle of our daughter's GCSE exams revision. Well done everybody. Come on #BT get cracking
-
paul_archer (@paul_archer) reported@bt_uk haha you are joking aren't you? The lines are only answered 8am-9pm Monday to Friday even though you complete migrations over the weekend now with what seems minimally trained staff and no support.
-
Emma Holmes (@emmapenelope) reported@bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
-
𝓛𝓸𝓻𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓪 (@SultryNephalem) reported@bt_uk I wouldn't be leaving if you had sorted my tech issues over the last 2 years. I find it very coincidental that I am switching and I have my problems turned up to 11! And my cancellation fee is MORE than I was quoted the day I was looking at leaving!
-
thisissaffers (@ThisisSaffers) reported@bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call back about my complaint. I was supposed to receive a call back from an operator about my WiFi and I’ve had neither. I’ve spent 3 hours this past week on the phone for no outcome. Could you request I have a call back please?
