Mark Roper (@markroper23) reported from Drighlington, EnglandMy @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Gavin Curran (@aimdestroyer) reported@bt_uk please upgrade your mobile app. It is shocking. Can’t link to see accounts and payment set ups just buffer - awful
-
Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
-
Alan Swanson (@Haggisguy) reported@bt_uk So how do i pay my bill? I cannot login to pay it?
-
Karla (@SaffyBun) reported@bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.
-
Alan Carter (@alan_get) reported@JayJBro73 @bt_uk Same issue Cm62ay. Went off at 8.45?
-
MARK FISHER (@MARKFIS77921435) reported@bt_uk No point contacting you again you do nothing and don't care you have left a 95 yr old stranded with out a phone for 4 days. Disgraceful service

-
wynne carter 🔶#FBPE🇺🇦 (@gvs368) reported@bt_uk been with BT for years and waiting patiently for FTTP. The checker finally went to "we're building in your area now". In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?
-
Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
-
Robin Shaw (@RSh234) reported@bt_uk @charl32647 That’s part of the problem. In my recent experience they didn’t help on most occasions, only when I chanced upon one good one. They just consumed huge time and frustrated.
