@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@bt_uk It’s been at its worst tonight, barely twenty-thirty minutes without it restarting, sometimes five times in a ten minute period. But someone is booked to come look at it on Monday, what more can you do? I said before as a new customer this is shockingly bad.

Hi @bt_uk and @NOW - it looks like you're trying to force me to pay extra (50% more) to maintain the TV service I currently have (tied to a 24 month contract no less)- multiple devices and ad-free. How're you justifying this?

@bt_uk is anybody else's broadband download speed fluctuating badly today? Mine is going from around 35mbs down to under 1mbs constantly? Super annoying to download something that would normally only take a few hours and so far its taken 6 and still going.

@bt_uk #BT taking the absolute piss. Offered FREE upgrade to #BTSport @btsport #HD charging me £79.80 a quarter for it. I complained. They email me to say complaint is dealt with. NO IT IS NOT !!
