Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

@bt_uk how come my BT sport app doesn’t work in Ireland anymore. It worked last week, it states on your website that is works and the error code it gives me (LP205) is not known in the help section

@RLewisTeacher I had no internet for 17 weeks with @bt_uk last year, when they sort the problem they are fab but getting it sorted is a nightmare, I feel your pain!

@bt_uk What they don’t tell you is complete Wi-fi costs around £100! They should provide decent Wi-fi for the monthly fee. Same with Halo - charging extra for superior technical support. Support should be standard for every customer 🙄
