Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

Holy crap, what's happened to @bt_uk customer service? The last year has been horrendous (tied into contract, otherwise....). No customer care, no recognition of loyalty (20 years+), generally make everything so difficult for you. You're getting binned once this contract is up.

@bt_uk You also said you would give us a call back and never did. My child is off poorly and all he wants is to watch TV but he can't. How do I explain to a 1 year old that BT WiFi is awful so you can't. 🥺

@bt_uk hi people, I just want to give an honest opinion on bt I’ve been a customer for 2 years with 7 call outs. I’m at my wits end. Just been let down by engineers today again. 10 days no net and now new appoint is 12 days away🤬 I’m sorry but BT are rubbish. 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

@bt_uk What I want is a reliable service i.e. so I don't have to call up every week or two to fix the internet. Who knows when the internet will drop again. It's totally unreliable.

@bt_uk I'm moving in with my girlfriend who's in contract with her own broadband provider. So unless you can somehow provide me with mine then the contract should be voided from both parties. It's not my fault if you are unable to provide me a service
