Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk hello I have a bt broadband package and I have had numerous issues with the following error ( couldn't authenticate connrction) this is thr same issue using 3 different devices and when it does connect. I lose Internet a few times a day. Can you help?

@bt_uk has anyone else had issues with their hub having a purple flashing light?? Had 11 engineers booked who have failed to attend only 4 have!! Still no Internet after 35 days!!
