@btsport @btsportfootball @virginmedia The sound is completely out of sync whilst watching the football on BT Sport Ultimate channel 531 but no issue on the HD channel 527 Anyone else have these issues?

2 hours we've been on with @bt_uk and we're getting nowhere. Passed around from team to team having to explain the issue over and over again. This is ridiculous. We won't be staying with this absolutely useless company. Avoid BT at all costs.

@bt_uk I'm a BT customer with the Now TV add on. It won't let me add the sports channel as it automatically goes to the new customer screen and asks me to set up a new account

@btsport @btsportfootball - the Ultimate option on the TV app - is shocking. Sound is out of sync, and there’s always a grey/black overlay on the screen. I have to watch in HD which is seemingly 20 seconds behind. First world problems. Annoying!
