Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

The amount of money spent on @SkySports for the games to never be shown because either @btsport have it (extra £20+/month) or it's a 3pm kick off is a joke. @SkyHelpTeam any suggestions? I'm mid-contract. Why should I continue to pay for it? Always have to find a stream to watch

@bt_uk my wifi box has been flashing purple for the past two days and every time I try and contact you, the system requires a landline- which i don’t have (seems like a massive fault in your system). How am I supposed to fix this issue when I can’t even get through to support??

@bt_uk It would help if you enabled being able to stream the coverage from a mobile device onto a tv via Chromecast or similar. I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

@bt_uk A fault.2 engineers eventually came told us yesterday and we were told that they can’t fix it! So waiting on new router, I think?Really hoping this won’t take long. It’s been one big stress. One big expense. Sorry know it’s not your fault! But customer experience has been poor.

@AstroCanary @bt_uk It's a lot thinner than they used to be, but what an absolute waste. They've even put that it's recycled paper on the cover, ignoring that it also takes resources & energy. Never mind the Postie lugging them around! Mine went straight back into the recycling.
