@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk Thanks for messing up my moving house order, it was set up wrong and I had to cancel it, now the password you made me set up is not recognised. Can't do the order online as it still shows an order on account. Waiting for a letter with password. Total shambles, I am fuming.

@bt_uk Its not an order its an upgrade. Its now a complaint being dealt with by a manager, well 2 managers now. They call twice a week to give me an update but the update is that there is no update. Its really unbelievable.

@sadaplays @bt_uk Every time I had to ring them I had to explain the initial problem then the mistakes the previous 5 phone support operators made in order to get anything done. Better off mo ing dude, don’t let them tie you down in another contract.
