Rubbish service from @bt_uk ... They've messed up my dementia suffering Mum's landline leaving us with no way to contact her!!! Fault raised on Friday - engineer booked for Thursday. Not happy!!! They broke it - why should it take a week to fix it??? @MarcAllera @Ofcom

@bt_uk I would very much like a refund I am a final year uni student with a deadline on Friday and I haven’t been able to attend online meetings with my lecturers about my work because the internet is so slow My whole house is full of students and none of us can do work
