Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

Day 7 without broadband. Today I got an email asking me to return my BT TV equipment. You know, the one I can't use without broadband! I asked the service to be paused while this is resolved not cancelled (yet). Thanks @bt_uk !

@bt_uk Well nobody has called yet and it’s been about an hour and a half, maybe they will use the several calls all at once. I was promised no disruption to service and now I’m looking at + 48hours with no service, using mobile data plan.

@bt_uk Thanks Janet but “when they get round to it” isn’t good enough, so I have to wait in the house all day in case. It’s not difficult to schedule a call between set times, called good customer service and putting the customer first.

@bt_uk By the way, calling that number you shared generates an automated message saying "we tried to call you" and "there is no reason to call us." Both are wrong. Your fault tracker page also still doesn't work.

@CamilaCSCaiado @bt_uk I feel for you Camila. I'm now into day 14 with no broadband from @bt_uk and no commmunication from them for the last 5 days. I have now decided to leave them for another provider and all they've done is close my complaint without any investigation. Shocking customer service.
