4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

@bt_uk If a customer can order online they should be able to cancel online. I have already spoken to someone, and faced more joys of BT’s internal chaos, despite selecting the correct menu options it put me through to the ‘moving home’ team!

@bt_uk I registered interest like a year ago and never been messaged since, and the rollout is very precise saying from 2022-2024 when I can walk 1 minute down the road and get full fibre there, don’t know what the issue is with my street

@bt_uk our broadband in Twickenham is still down after the storm. We keep checking status on line as work from home. Yesterday said it would be restored 8.40 today. Now says no date or time. Any idea when will be back up?

@bt_uk Broadband is down in Hillingdon, website says your working on the network and should be working in 24hrs. Why were the affected customers like myself not informed if you knew the service was going to be interrupted. Totally screwed now can’t work from home.
