@bt_uk It's never worked from day 1, I have 1 particular website on the block list that still comes up every time, I have set the parental controls on the app and on laptop as was suggested, and it's still showing filth!

3 engineer visits; 2 new hubs (the first of which wasn’t an upgrade) & a refund that was sent twice with an accompanying threat of termination of service if I didn’t return the duplicate (your error hasn’t even hit my bank account yet)... @bt_uk spicing up my working from home👌🏻
