Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

  • crjjwright Claire Wright (@crjjwright) reported from Boston, England

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@leeblease @virginmedia @bt_uk are as bad. Promise you call backs that never happen not arsed to deal with complaints. Just piss poor must be a broadband provider thing.

  • O_DAWG_UK Leigh Odell (@O_DAWG_UK) reported

@bt_uk Guys come on. The line check came back fine. You sent me a ‘how to improve your wifi’ video, which is a glorified ‘switch it on and off again.’ Please don’t take your customers for idiots. The home set up is fine, the issue is your service. So what are you going to do to help?

  • HelenMaryPike #TeamNicola #TeamMeghan (@HelenMaryPike) reported

    I do pay for this non-service @BTCare

  • RMasding Richard Masding (@RMasding) reported

@bt_uk I get over 100mb on cat 6 cable to my tv and your btsport app always buffers and no other app does, nowt to do with wifi just something dubious about your app not working well with other BB suppliers.

  • waziu Abiola (@waziu) reported

@redsoxbrit64 @btsportufc @btsport Most of them do it because they don't wanna miss the dominant position they are in. Do you expect him to take a second to check if his opponent is knocked out? That's what the refs are there for. Its bad but they all signed up for it.

  • lorrieb683 lorraine lunn (@lorrieb683) reported

@bt_uk reported a fault Friday had engineer out Saturday still have no internet or tv Sunday can’t contact them as no number displayed and no communication from @bt_uk really not impressed with this service

  • p1anetmatt Matt 🥩🍔🍰 (@p1anetmatt) reported

@GetGoodGuyYT @bt_uk What's the modem sync speed in the advanced settings in the homehub saying? Has that dropped? If that's normal, the issue is on your network, not BT.

  • JonMagicman Jon Pepper (@JonMagicman) reported

@DMcQ61 @bt_uk If you can get mobile signal then definitely use a 4G router with unlimited data sim. I get 14MB speeds and it's been dreadfully slow during the pandemic. Over the road they get 70MB speeds. O.R say nothing they will do as the cabinet we're connected to was only recently....

  • redsoxbrit64 Redsoxbrit (@redsoxbrit64) reported

@waziu @btsportufc @btsport Even i knew he was unconscious before he hit the deck......poor excuse
