Just three months left on my @bt_uk contract, definitely think it’s time to try somebody new. WiFi is awful around the house. Need to start looking around #broadbandprovider

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk been a broadband customer for 18+yrs my contract is due to end, just wondering if there would be any contact from yourselves to reward such loyalty? Looking around there are better deals, with cost of living going up constantly might be time to try as I don’t feel valued

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

@JontyOfficial @btsport I think you had enough time to mention the threat of liquidation. The average viewer will not understand why we are protesting, lots of clubs have bad owners, not many have an owner who is trying to sell their ground and car park to put flats on it.

sorry to put this here but it seems to be the only thing @bt_uk care about. the lack of service from @bt_uk is a disgrace, order in oct 22 takes until jan to go live. work for a week then cut off and the broadband element removed from account no one knows why.
