@bt_uk Hi Aisling. I am away at the moment but still having issues in that I managed to get Now but then it took away other channels I had originally & started a new contract which I didn’t want.

@bt_uk oh i dont know others dont put u down to half a mb download and no incoming or out going calls then tell oh its the wire in your house to which i switched to sky who changed me over with out coming inside and then i had 10mb download and incoming and out going calls back

@bt_uk Hi. It’s not sorted. I’m watching through the XBox app and the stream stutters every now and then. Tried everything on my network including prioritising Quality of Service. Started doing it about 6 weeks ago

@bt_uk Anyone here able to help me ? Aware that you guys own plusnet. We’ve been let down and messed around by them for 7 weeks now. We were due to go live on May 11th .. every time we call in we are told our order was not put through. This has happened three times now!!!
