@bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and your responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didn’t check as closely as we should, but I will never give BT. a penny more.

@bt_uk Lost internet access for much of today. A one hour phone call to BT revealed a phone mast near me was being repaired. Are you able to text customers IN ADVANCE to advise of loss of service ? It would save customers phoning your helpline with the same question !

@bt_uk On our 5th engineer,3 hubs and 4 WiFi discs and still hardly any signal. Disappointed to say the least.

@bt_uk thanks for completely ripping me off and charging me for BT sport twice. According to your agent a complaint can get resolved in 30seconds. Completely unacceptable.

@bt_uk Negative, this is the message that pops up when I try to access certain websites. I have done a factory reset of the modem which worked short term but has now gone back to that issue
