    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    @btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    There was an accident on our street monday that to took out the telegraph pole, which as resulted in no Internet. @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach have planned to fix it on the 25th that's 9 days compared to 2 days that we where told. Sorry but there will be no uploads until then.

    @bt_uk Well after speaking to an agent he’s managed to get me a booking tomorrow. Hopefully this engineer turns up and can fix the problem.

    @bt_uk shocking service by OpenReach. They came yesterday to fit a new broadband/tv after waiting 2 months for an appointment. Left after 40 mins saying there was a blockage and he would be back within 2 hours. Didn’t come back! Also lied and said a car was blocking!

    @bt_uk had internet fitted before Christmas, connection could not be established. Have been told time and time again you are coming back to solve the issue as there is a fault in the road. I am still waiting for an answer & paying for a package I cannot use. Disgraceful service!!

    @bt_uk my internet hasn't been working for 2 days now. I was told that an engineer will come to fix it today between 8am to 1pm but nobody came and my Internet is still not working. Very poor service i will not be renewing my contract with BT

    A great start to my day @btbusinesscare No landline for home or business use because no broadband. V poor signal for my mobile but checked on line to read the fault will be repaired by 02-02-23. Surely you are joking!

    @bt_uk Hey thanks, the one issue is that we don't have a landline since we switched to gigabit, so I don't have any landline number to input on the status page... Should I just text the number instead or is there another place I could check the status?
