Person calling from 01272 990574 purporting to be from @bt_uk about our internet security and someone was misusing it. They’d have to be good as we don’t have BT B/Band at this location. 😂😂 He wanted to show me if I signed onto s/thing. Phone put down once I called him out. 🤣

@bt_uk u dont care im priority with lifeline etc and bedridden disabled etc and messed my account up so bad last month .it hasnt been looked into properly as noone can access all calls etc in 12hrs inc being shut.told go to ombudsman no help with anything.update everyday till ombudsman
