Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.
