I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

Can do some like speed test and service status but it won’t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
