Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?
