    Remember when @bt_uk sent a bloke up a quarter of a mile in a helicopter and the WiFi still worked,well Iโ€™m sat in my garden and the signal is rubbish

    @bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

    @bt_uk Credit where itโ€™s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldnโ€™t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. ๐Ÿ‘

    @bt_uk I am absolutely appalled to hear of the disgraceful service you have given my severely disabled parents. Passing my mothers call from pillar to post for so long she had a seizure then promising to call her back but not doing so. Without WiFi or help since Thursday. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿคฌ

    @bt_uk Thanks. After waiting on hold for 45 mins to get told that by customer services, we shall indeed be buying such a unit. I'm still surprised you can't simply block all but a handful of numbers.

    Rant back on, why ******** am i paying ยฃ37 for @btsport only have it to watch WWE but RAW has become an unwatchable mess, I love NXT but theyโ€™ve butchered that & Smackdown, ok SD is bloody great but not worth ยฃ37 a month.

    @bt_uk We are moving soon slightly downhill from where we live now & at the moment we live on top of a hill so you can understand my frustration as I do pay for a service that I donโ€™t receive!

    @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

    @bt_uk I see other people are having problems logging into BT email. The status is "Weโ€™ll be right back. Sorry, but weโ€™re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?

    @bt_uk Internet cut out last night. Router is blue but says no Internet connection, struggling to even use phones on 4 and 5g and all other devices and gaming consoles not connecting. Its been rebooted and factory reset, help please?

    @bt_uk Around 9am this morning my fttp connection went down (amber light on the hub) and has not yet come back up. I'm based in Aberdeen. Is this a known issue and do you have an ETA for restoration of service?

    Getting better booked engineer did turn up Engineer visit to other 2 houses with issues. 3 hours on the phone @bt_uk so I can book another engineer visit for Monday just because of Poor Bt workmanship Best bit they closed the issue as the no visit

    @bt_uk my mother in law is ridiculously overpaying for her home phone and broadband, your idea of rewarding loyalty was getting it down to ยฃ90! Still more than it shows on the website for an existing customer but the person I spoke to is no not calling back or replying to emails
