  @bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  @jonboy_103 @bt_uk I can't log in either - The log in page says 'We've launched something new - made some changes etc' - Unwise to do during office hours on a weekday, so there must be a problem in which case @BT_UK should just be honest and post on their X feed with an eta for a fix - v.poor
