@bt_uk first time customer and nothing But disappointment, 4 x 1 hour calls over the last week, 4 different days for deliveries, still not got our system up and it was ment to be running yesterday. Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

Rant back on, why ******** am i paying £37 for @btsport only have it to watch WWE but RAW has become an unwatchable mess, I love NXT but they’ve butchered that & Smackdown, ok SD is bloody great but not worth £37 a month.

So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

@bt_uk So they have had to cancel my order. I certainly didn’t place two orders and the operator couldn’t find any information about it either. No one has contacted me about it since 7th April. Now I have to place another order tomorrow so I have no internet and no TV

@bt_uk I can’t believe no one has contacted me. I’m paying for a service I haven’t had. I work from home occasionally and have had no internet. It certainly doesn’t inspire me to continue my order with BT after being with sky so many years
