@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

  • Hatwell88 Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

  • travellingbex Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE for the past 2 days I have been getting calls from random uk numbers (mobile and landlines), already had 3 today and its 9am! Have stopped answering them but it's annoying! Help!? #EE #spamcalls

  • channy8224 Robin Chan (@channy8224) reported from Woodstock, England

@EE I'm thinking of renewing mobile phone contract sim only. Looking at 5g package plus bt sports. I've already subscribed to bt sport do I need to cancel my contract if I take up the offer?

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

  • Hatwell88 Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England

@EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

  • AlexGorham96 Alex Gorham (@AlexGorham96) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE any idea roughly how long it's gonna take for my number to be transferred from my p30 pro to my iPhone 12 pro? Arleady lost service on my p30 pro

  • NeilPudney Neil Pudney (@NeilPudney) reported from Witney, England

Dearest @EE Any chance of providing a phone service in Witney, OX28? Any chance at all? Now into at least week 2 with nothing, zilch, no signal whatsoever inside or outside our house. Heard a rumour you are aware of an issue, sadly no rumours you are doing anything about it!

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@zepzepzepzep_ @VOXI_UK @EE Vodafone customer service is shocking but I figure if I go onto a rolling monthly SIM I can change whenever I like 😬

  • LadyNanBullen Dominique Hamblin (@LadyNanBullen) reported from Uffington, England

@EE hi, there appears to be a problem with very poor/lack of signal in the SN7 area at the moment?

  • travellingbex Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

Hey @EE my phone signal has been on barely 1 bar for the past couple of days. Is there an issue in the Oxford area?

  • Clerkenwill William Whitehead (@Clerkenwill) reported from Oxfordshire, England

Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Ravendite4 Gemma Surrage (@Ravendite4) reported

@EE Any idea when the network problem will be fixed in AB53? Lots of people without both electricity and mobile signal.

  • high_1ntensity B&G (@high_1ntensity) reported

@EE @mitch_duce Bad response, because one) that’s not true. E.g this is the first year in a decade with EE where I’ve had a CPI + 3.9% increase. Two) what justification does EE have for tagging on an extra 3.9% anyway beyond blatant profiteering and ripping off your customers?

  • AlexSAFC92 Alexander 🔴⚪️ (@AlexSAFC92) reported

What a shambles @bt_uk putting bill up 14.4% @EE putting bill up 10% @OctopusEnergy unit cost up 490% and bill more than doubled. Mortgage rates doubled. Fuel and Food up. Well done to everyone who supported lockdown, shut down the world, destroyed the economy. Great work

  • PaulN91816859 Paul N (@PaulN91816859) reported

So @EE are putting bills up by £8 a line blaming CPI , bet they won't put them down if it goes down.

  • jamiebennett92 ⚒ Jamie Bennett ⚒ (@jamiebennett92) reported

@EE Given that I took my new contract in December when inflation was already at 10%, how do you justify over a 14% price rise less than 3 months later? Inflation hasn’t risen since, if anything it’s gone down. (Without the insulting pre-scripted answers your sending customers…)

  • themuddytracks Stephen Clark (@themuddytracks) reported

i am willing to bet a year’s subscription with @ee that the price hike they justified as “costs are rising significantly because of high inflation” will not result in any equivalent price reduction when inflation goes down

  • Michael9589 MY (@Michael9589) reported

@EE Now explain it in your own words Alex without using the generic reply you’ve been doing all day to every other customer 👍

  • scottgriffin198 Scott Griffin 🏌⛳⚽ (@scottgriffin198) reported

@EE @EE still no proper in depth reply to my question. Also is it a coincidence that all of my family's signals are really poor now after I've complained about the ridiculous increase you want to add onto my account. I look forward to your reply and please not a generic reply.

  • thequeenoftides 𝓙𝓸𝓪𝓷𝓪 ☁️ (@thequeenoftides) reported

Wouldn't it be great if you could report mobile providers (especially @EE ) for theft to the police? Nothing is ever easy as pay for a service and get that service. You have to push to get the service you paid for and get a bit pissy before they actually serve you.

  • ulookingatmefu DR (@ulookingatmefu) reported

@EE @kaloseidos1 Here's a solution just stop profiteering off ur loyal customers. Over 20 year but this will be the last.
