    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    @EE I’m so sick of my crappy signal! For the past month or so- sudden drop outs of signal out of nowhere, constant call failures and loss off 3/4G!

    @hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

    @hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

    @hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

    @EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

    @EE why is it I am in the middle of Oxford with 5G but 1 bar or less of signal? Have had no signal on my phone for weeks any help would be greatly appreciated

    @hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

    @SpeedyMaGicXz94 @EE And never once did I say the manufacturer warranty covers accidental damage. Legally under consumer rights EE have to prove the minor cosmetic damage I caused created the screen fault with it being within the first 6 months. Consumer rights act 2015 - give it a read 🙃🙃🙃

    Hi @Netflixhelps I've dm my password related issue & photos as prove of what has happened as it's now been 7 days & your app & website will not log me in why? If I have to take my customs else where I will as @EE have helped me in the last 7 days regarding the issue

    @EE I’ve clicked the link, it takes me to Apple Music, a pop up appears but it then disappears and nothing happens. When I first did it, it said I needed to cancel one of my subscriptions (which I already had done). Should I want until 15th when my precious sub ends and try again?

    @EE today is my billing date and my bill hasn’t come out yet, it normally appears in the early hours of the morning on the 9th of the month. Had this issue in December when it came up 2 days late after my repeatedly calling you. Jan was fine.
