Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@EE r shit other half updated his phone now not working. EE said he would have to send it to be repaired. With a charge. So now has to pay for a phone he can't use

@EE Still having problems sirnce a call to your people dropped out about 12 20, keep expecting a call back, which hasn't happened. Calls to any of your numbers either drop out or I am eventually told "calls to this service are not avaliable". 😳
