@EE Any known issues in Cardiff CF11 please? No websites loading and my work VPN has dropped off for about 15 minutes now. Have reset router and the light is ‘aqua’ colour again it still no joy.

@EE I have ee broadband and this morning I have tried to connect to my Amazon Fire stick and it has WiFi but not Internet connection my phone and computer are fine I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and rebooting yet nothing is there an issue with the Internet

@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

@EE Also looking on the coverage checker, Vodafone have better 5g coverage in Penarth in general for 5g which is my hometown. Turning on WiFi calling isn't enough to solve the problem. As we no longer have a land-line.

@EE Please inform me why I cannot access your online service. It says, “Sorry we were unable to complete your request right now. Please call our customer service team on 150”. I want to do this online tonight as cannot ring 150 in the days this week.

Been trying to gather data from Citizens Advice Scotland on instances of people being santioned/suspended due to late tax returns or benefits issues caused by the lack of signal. @MichaelCade1 Same. But it regularly drops connection or goes down to KB of speed. Latency is very erratic. Very variable and not good for WFH for the two of us. I’ve got it for another year and won’t renew unless @EE actually gets 5G here.
