Hey @ToTheMoonMobile Do you not have access to @EE 800mhz band? I see 2100, 1800, 2600. But 800 would be a big help as inside signal is really poor around areas of my village.

@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

@EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

@EE Spoke with your team already. Go check my trustpilot review from 2 days ago titled AVOID AT ALL COST!! Utterly rubbish. I wanted the pixel 4a or an oppo matched to a new customer offer or another network, that before any loyalty. Not to mention doing 3 upgrades, not 1.

@BAFTAGames @EE I honestly believe most gamers do the same. I got into talking about games on here because -pandemic- and lockdowns and felt like reading and discussing games. Why not? My favorite game is RDR2 and I surely have no idea if or how many awards it won and have never looked it up.

@EE But you can enter homes of people who are not shielding? That’s why I was looking up the equality act 2010. People who are shielding are at higher risk of bad outcome if they get Covid but no greater risk of contracting or passing Covid than someone without those health issues.

@EE hi. I have a new iPhone 12 from EE for a couple of months. I struggle with signal when connecting calls. I have not had an issue on my previous iPhone (8 and also on EE) and my wife’s phone is also EE (iPhone 10) and she has a better signal than me when compared together.

@EE my elderly Dad has been with you for years and my Mum had an add on sim. My Mum died suddenly and unexpectedly in November. My Dad called you today to cancel her sim and you are charging him for another month. Totally out of order. Please advise.
