@mrjamesob @EE Going back on your word is bad form. You just lost a customer when my contract's up.
-
Nick Barton
(@Nick_L_B) reported
@ee Shame on you for planning to bring back roaming charges (especially after saying you wouldn't). I've been a customer for over 20 years, looks like I need to find another network that doesn't want to fleece us. #liars #ee
-
thevitalspark
(@obiwanscottish) reported
@BBCNews @EE this is pretty poor. It doesn’t cost £2 per day to roam.
-
PaulTM™ 🇳🇱 #BlijfThuis
(@Trogdouser) reported
@EE Thank you - So, as an existing customer, that won’t apply to me?
-
Alex Bowers
(@bowersbros) reported
@EllenMcCabe_ @EE @kevinbellwood I'll let you pay mine, I already pay £40 a month for a service, that is now being made worse.
-
Daniel Robertson
(@dmrobertson) reported
@MartinSLewis Easy solution don’t renew with @EE
-
Rebecca W
(@ReallyRew) reported
@EE I’m taking it that the ‘upgrading’ part means that when a current contract comes to an end the charges will apply? Can see I’m not alone in wondering why I’ve stuck with you (I was an 🍊 customer) Introduce this with new contracts, but surely loyalty counts for something?!
-
Don
(@IamDonMorris) reported
@EE @kevinbellwood So in summary: You are using your *slightly* more affluent customers to subsidise the ones who are "in need" and upgrade your network. This isn't what we signed up for.
-
SignorC
(@signoralbertoli) reported
@EE @AdiGaskell this is a pathetic answer. improving the network is mot “a pressure” but the least you cand do in a competitive market. Say goodbye to this roaming customer too.
-
𝘾𝙃𝙍𝙄𝙎
(@m3g4) reported
@ian_mclaughlin @EE Well by that logic, I exist to save money, so why should I fund a service that they previously were happy to offer for free? Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.
