Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying Β£40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesnβt cover.

Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. Itβll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: Thereβs no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)
