    @EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

    @EE what terrible service from EE store in Northwich I ordered the new iPhone 14 pro max plus on28th October got a text on 30th Nov collect phone on 1st Dec went in Northwich store to collect on 2nd Dec told phone was not there I’m still trying to contact the store no luck HELP

    @EE what's going on? TOTAL loss of service (phone and 5GEE mobile broadband) for the past day or so. (using an alternative PAYG network, just now, expensive). Try to contact Tech Support, online chat turned off, calling 150 and call disconnected twice after 23 minutes wait? WTF?

    @EE pride yourself on customer service but can’t offer the same upgrade deal for 2 people in the same household with the same circumstances and then have me on hold for over 35 mins when I’m calling to talk about it!!!
