@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

@EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@EE I've had 9 scam phone calls today all claiming to be from UK now. Each show up as different mobile numbers but when you call back the numbers are not recognised. They have the name of person who used to have a contract for this number but not for the past 5 yrs. Please help

@EE We need a direct line, your 0800 number keeps us holding on and keeps sending us to different departments. We’ve now been told the internet has been switched on but it’s not working. We need to speak direct to a manager.
