    @EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

    @sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

    @EE i have tried to remove the bt sport casting service by messaging 150 as advised on the app and it doesnt work! Ive been charged again this month for it!

    Shocking customer service from @VirginMediaCorp as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

    @EE Why offer pre order option for it not to be deleivered on launch day! Very poor customer experience and a wasted days holiday taken. Not acceptable

    @EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

    @EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

    Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

    @sastawear @EE Someone from their resolution complaint team called me, the call was 7mn long and the guy couldn't have been more apologetic, saying his colleague misinformed me and shouldn't have been rude to me, and provided me with a satisfying solution to the issue.

    @EE hi there I found a phone outside my house that seems to be on your network it has limited battery and I don’t have the correct charger to keep it charged till the owner calls. Should I hand it to the police station or an EE shop? Which will get it back to its owner quicker?

    @EE trade-in upgrade 2 weeks ago, didn’t receive the trade-in box/bag to send old phone. A week ago I contacted customer services online, and still nothing. Just went in store to ask and received the worst customer experience and not being able to help
