    @EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

    @EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

    @__MICHAELPORTER @EE Itโ€™s the fact that even after confirmation page they say they order never existed. Itโ€™s not surprising as their website is awful for suck a big company

    @EE i have tried to remove the bt sport casting service by messaging 150 as advised on the app and it doesnt work! Ive been charged again this month for it!

    @EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. Sheโ€™s 76 so doesnโ€™t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said Iโ€™d contact you.

    MyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. Contracts up in September and after 20 years itโ€™ll be goodbye @EE .

    @EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that weโ€™ve been treated worse than any case theyโ€™ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, itโ€™s just really rubbing the salt in.

    @EE Why offer pre order option for it not to be deleivered on launch day! Very poor customer experience and a wasted days holiday taken. Not acceptable

    @EE My voicemail has been deactivated and calls to Customer Service have been ended after 15m 32s twice in the last half hour! Can someone please help me activate voicemail? VM ON doesn't work! ๐Ÿ˜ข

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. Iโ€™ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isnโ€™t classy thanks again @EE.

    @EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

    @coastie61 @EE Nothing back yet. Its more that the extra was bundled and never used. And not had an iPhone which I would even play it on for 3 years. Didn't even know I had the offer. We will see. And let's hope for a positive outcome and a nice story out of it.

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and youโ€™ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @EE Itโ€™s not 4G Iโ€™m worried about. Itโ€™s a signal good enough to make a telephone call Frankly, your service just isnโ€™t good enough And we are not talking remote parts of tbe country here. We are talking about 3 miles from Manchester Airport or on the A49 in Cheshire @Photofeature
