Poppy Jeffery (@BBCPoppy) reported from Maidstone, England@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

Amy (@Amy99519281) reported@EE My village has had interruptions (days at a time) since 26th November! You shouldn’t be charging us at all!! I should also be free to cancel the 5!!! Phone contracts I have with you but I’m not allowed even though you can’t provide regular service!!
