    @nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

    @DPDgroup_news #worst delivery service ever Dpd are awful, never going to use them. Dreadful service, liars as well. @EE stop using them they are awful. Third time they lied and messed up phone delivery. Useless customer service as well #worstdeliverycompany

    Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

    @EE so disappointed with this service . I have 3 mobile contracts with you which I've always been happy with....I them brought over my home broadband to you. I recently called as out internet speed is appalling. We had an engineer booked in to come out......contiued

    Someone from @EE needs to give us a call very soon, because your in store customer service is absolutely horrifying every time and sick of being messed around and dismissed by staff. But as long as you have money every month then what do they care.

    @EE I have yes, I just don’t see how you can offer me one deal and can’t offer my wife the same deal just days apart. She’s seen a deal with @iDMobileIreland so I guess it’s time to move, which is a shame as she has been an EE customer for years and never had a problem.

    @EE hi there I've been having issues with your broadband recently. Over the past fortnight or so WiFi drops all together and I get a message to start troubleshooting which I do but sometimes that doesn't fix the issue. And it's happening multiple times a day now

    @oppo @EE @Android having an issue playing audio on my device on every app, plays seconds then restarts track then Google assistant starts continuously telling me the time which is immensely helpful #technology #android

    @EE I have tried doing it both on WiFi and only using mobile data but it goes through the same process each time, never passing that final message no matter how long I leave it.

    @EE Contacted earlier. Tried two potential solutions. Nothing. I worry that even though I am in a 4g area signal is so poor that I cannot get more. Disappointing. Awaiting call back tomorrow.
