The Lefthand Low Golfer (@Grum90379158) reported from Rochester, England

@EE Ok but please explain how I can cancel my current contract and then get EXACTLY THE SAME contract for £20 a month less? And with a brand new phone?

  • Drewstoopher
Drew Morgan (@Drewstoopher) reported from Maidstone, England

Someone from @EE needs to give us a call very soon, because your in store customer service is absolutely horrifying every time and sick of being messed around and dismissed by staff. But as long as you have money every month then what do they care.

  • nourishworkplce
🙋‍♀️Nourish the Workplace - Kimberley Evans (@nourishworkplce) reported from Cliffe and Cliffe Woods, England

@EE Nope, no time frame given. And considering we have been waiting since the end of Nov for this I think this is awful customer service. Maybe we should switch provider this Nov to someone who fulfills their promises to their customers?

  • BadmusAyoola
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England

@EE and frankly feels like I’m being penalised for EE’s internal errors. This entire experience has been draining – having to call EE nearly every day, receiving little resolution, and now dealing with long-term credit consequences through no fault of my own.

  • Teddy_Nicoll
Teddy (@Teddy_Nicoll) reported from Gillingham, England

@EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

  • BBCPoppy
Poppy Jeffery (@BBCPoppy) reported from Maidstone, England

@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

  • bertie_cee
Rob Cockerton (@bertie_cee) reported from Gillingham, England

@EE one of your operatives promised me 20% discount on my monthly bill until end of February due to 11 months of very poor signal & service but todays bill is the full amount??

  • AndyBakerRC
Andy Baker (@AndyBakerRC) reported from Gillingham, England

@EE is there an issue with your network as dont seem to be receiving text messages.

  • uknickand
Nick Anderson (@uknickand) reported from Bobbing, England

@EE new customer here! Ordered sim only yesterday, i haven’t got access to account yet. Can I order another phone/number today and will that go to one account?

  • neilbloor
Neil Bloor (@neilbloor) reported from Sittingbourne, England

Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

  • yiddo71
Mark Gould (@yiddo71) reported from Rochester, England

@EE went into your Hempstead Valley store today to look at new phones shame the customer advisor was more interested in playing mobile poker than serving people!!

  • ColinaldermanC
Colin Alderman (@ColinaldermanC) reported from Faversham, England

@EE By any standard, EE customer services appear to be in meltdown. Four hours to reply to a tweet? Calls not answered, web site not working, shops not open for customers to visit without an appointment (cannot be made as web site is down) As a long time customer, I’m very concerned

  • BadmusAyoola
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England

@EE I expect a full explanation and a proper resolution, including: A full and fair refund of the overcharged amount. An urgent review of the damage to my credit file. Compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused.

  • NigelBack
Nigel Back (@NigelBack) reported from Faversham, England

Cannot wait to swap my network over to @VodafoneUK as @EE signal is shockingly poor and it’s getting worse.

  • NalPerera
Nalaka Perera (@NalPerera) reported from Maidstone, England

    Paying £70 a month for a phone with no signal 😤 @EE

  • Grum90379158
The Lefthand Low Golfer (@Grum90379158) reported from Rochester, England

@EE Price rises are starting to take the piss now! I can cancel my contract and get EXACTLY the same contract with yourselves again for £20 a month less… How exactly does that work??

  • davefrost
Dave Frost (@davefrost) reported from Canvey Island, England

Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

  • lucy_anne95
Luci-Ann (@lucy_anne95) reported from Rochester, England

@EE thank you for your special offer that includes unlimited data for 5 days for £5 and 7 days for £7. I could use the offer again if it comes up. Having no internet sucks!

  • BadmusAyoola
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England

@EE Absolutely disappointed. Took £78.52 after I switched to a £12 SIM-only deal. They forgot to change my contract, ran 2 hard credit searches in a month, wrecked my credit score, refunded me 80p, & now charging £20/month. 3 weeks of calls—no real help. Draining. 😞

@EE really fed up now of of paying a lot of money for a phone, when I only ever had 2 bars or signal or less? I need this to improve massively? Been a customer for easily 20 years and I’m seriously considering changing providers.

@EE EE supplies my broadband, not my mobile service.

When is @EE going to sort out its signal in #Woodbridge so it is possible to use the car parking app? Decent signal in #Felixstowe. An annoying first world problem.

@EE An hour? How does that work if power lines rarely done if there’s a storm or any other kind of emergency..

  • Paul0970
    Paul (@Paul0970) reported

X really are useless, right? Report an account for impersonating @EE support and X says the account did not violate their terms of service. So they can carry on scamming.
