@EE Back to being able to make calls but now being told a 15% rise in my bill. I've had issues with signal for a while now and was told masts were being sorted in the area. Still not great at times. Been a customer for years, now feel service isn't as good and prices are up!

Hey @bt_uk I have no idea who to contact. But be sure what’s happening with my internet installation now ?! I have no signal etc because of @ee and now I have no idea what you are doing. It’s meant to be live tomorrow. Not happy one bit as I’ve been left not know what’s going on!

@RockcliffeFiles @EE All for zillions of minutes and texts you never use in my case. Cheap pay and go sim is the future i think once this contract expires especially now that smartphone technology has plateaued it seems
