@EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

@Soxthewavingcat @EE Had a similar problem a few years ago. Ask about getting a 'rain' test to check if interference from other electrical devices is causing the signal drop. If possible, make a note of when it happens to see if there is a pattern.

@DaveJohnHowell @EE Aw tell me about it, the same with the Samsungs, £30 extra for the same thing. There were also summer deals in July which showed if I upgraded and paid too and a day later on my actual upgrade date, the summer deals vanished unless I was a new customer. 10+ years for me

@zoelondondj Zoe. Plz leave three. I was with them for 8 years so I always chalked up all my issues to the iPhone but god three is just SO AWFUL. Full bars but can’t load a google page. In London. All the time. Constantly not loading. Switched to @EE and god it’s all so fast and STABLE
