    @EE good morning! Are there any notes signal losses in the greater Manchester area? My signal is weak and 3G some times E and not the 5G I have been getting!

    Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

    @EE No I haven’t got the time to spend talking on the phone, I should be able to find good deals online like I can with other networks including yourself if I’m a new customer.

    @EE here we go again!What’s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

    @EE thanks for completely blanking me today. The issue still has not been resolved. So much for customer service! I won't be paying my bill until this is rectified as I refuse to pay for a service I'm not getting!

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    I bought a sim online on Friday, paid £20 for a 30GB data pack, and gave my PAC Code. The sim has arrived, my number hasn’t transferred and I have £0 credit?? I need HELP ASAP and you cannot contact anyone at EE? How’s this even possible?? @EE @EEHelpdesk

    @EE When you have poor credit , is there a certain amount of months of on time direct debit bill paying . Before you are allowed another contract?

    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    @EE I was supposed to have my phone delivered today, but as I sat there watching the DPD driver drive off without even attempting delivery I now want to cancel. Even worse I can’t get hold of them or you via the phone - now you have my money 🤔

    Hey @EE My elderly mum has, in a confused state, been sold a contract that is totally unsuitable for her needs. How do we cancel and get her back to what she had before? NB. She’s currently within 14 day cooling off period.

    @EE @gamerdad1981 My broadband has been down since Wednesday I have made alot of calls still nothing ee said it is at bts end bt said it is ee broadband i am self employed and rely on communication it is someone's responsibility not good advertising
