@EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@EE here we go again!What’s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

@EE Am supposed to have unlimited data on my number atm - I now have no 5G at all - I also pay for my daughters phone and asked her to call 150 for me - the advisor was unhelpful - please help
