@EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

👉🏿Since @EE has failed to offer a just, fair & satisfactory solution, I'm left with no other option but to report my case to Trading Standards & to make a court claim for the monies. It's unconscionable for a company to wrongly charge a client & refuse to compensate them (9/10)

It’s called customer service (retention) @EE and keeping me on hold for 31 minutes only strengthens my resolve to leave your network. I was thinking of upgrading phone but the inability to talk to a human makes me think twice and wonder how “EE is the UK’s best network”?
