Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

@EE we moved house on 18th Dec and now I cannot received any phone calls as there is virtually no signal. 4G is also non existent though your website says it should be very good. I have reset my phone's network settings to no avail. Please help me put this right. Thanks, Karen
