    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

    @EE I can't decide whether your speed and coverage in Brighton is poor or just struggling with peak tourist season. I guess I am spoiled by being based around Marylebone/Paddington with all 5 of the G's

    Is @EE down? Had no 4g for a good 30mins now. Text come through ask to reset phone to sort data out. Done that. But since then it's been terrible 😔

    Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

    @AppleSupport so now three weeks without iPhone SE- Group 8 now tell me it has been returned to Apple so I have no opportunity to ask @EE to look at this. How much longer to sort a replacement phone? This is unacceptable for me - the customer

    @jedi58 @Apple @EE Hmmm really ok. This is a stupid question then but I guess if I delete photos from my phone before transferring then that also deletes from my iCloud doesn’t it?

    @EE Hi, any chance you can explain how I can upgrade from an IPhone xr(never a problem & great signal everywhere) to an iPhone 12, and struggle to get signal and doesn’t charge in the car..? #veryannoying

    Hi @EE had issues yesterday transferring the data plan from my Apple Watch Series 5 to my new Series 6. Spoke to tech support yesterday and have an incident number and was told Level 2 support would call, but no call today? Any idea when they might call? Thanks!

    @EE Tried at least 30 times. Wouldn’t scan. Was able to scan others but not mine. Official document and yet still wasn’t able to help. Wasted much time and extra money.

    @EE Having signal issues no bars at all, currently in Birmingham. I couldn't recieve a phone call it went to voicemail then when phone call came through after she tried twice nurse from occupational health couldn't hear me. We had to rearrange the phone call tomorrow at 11am.

    @EE @SkyUK are you both having issues with signal in #wales? Problems with calls on 3G/4G and over Wi-Fi. Been a couple of days now
