OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

Hi @EE had issues yesterday transferring the data plan from my Apple Watch Series 5 to my new Series 6. Spoke to tech support yesterday and have an incident number and was told Level 2 support would call, but no call today? Any idea when they might call? Thanks!

Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

@EE My wife started a contract with ee, got an iphone 13 delivered, after 2 weeks they couldnt activate it to the point they let her out of the contract because they basically couldnt provide the service. Went to sky and had another phone up and running with in 24 hrs.

It has been a stressful afternoon. On the phone to @EE for 100 mins, trying to sort out an issue (was on hold for about 40+ mins!). Then trying to sort out a probelm with @Ticketmaster, which i hope is sorted out now. Throw in a 20 min call to Bank, about ticketmaster issue
