Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. I was a loyal customer for 10 years, until they started fake billing me, then because I refused to pay for their wrongful billing they started adding late fees, I about cussed them out. I went down there and pulled a full grade A karen meltdown. They took me over to a "supervisor" and she looked at every one of my bills, fixed the error and removed all the late fees. I paid my bill and canceled service. F these pos companies.
