Hi @EE had issues yesterday transferring the data plan from my Apple Watch Series 5 to my new Series 6. Spoke to tech support yesterday and have an incident number and was told Level 2 support would call, but no call today? Any idea when they might call? Thanks!

OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

@VodafoneUK your processes are terrible, my contract coming to end so want to change ge to sim only and carry on my employee discount but 30 mins later and being told need to do this online, what's the point of having a call centre. Can't wait to see what @O2 & @EE can offer

@ShieldVoC @EE are refusing to unlock my phone. It must be because I'm leaving them. This has gone on for 1 week now. I've phoned and used online chat but they are refusing to help. I've had nothing but problems since I've been with @EE I'd advise everyone to steer clear of them
