  @EE disappointed in the service received. upgraded my phone still not received it dpd saying they never received it from u. U saying u sent it. Customer service saying they will call me back never heard back got cut off. Very angry &thinking of cancelling my contract completely

  @JohnStokes0uk @EE A speed test doesn't show coverage quality. You can get good speeds in poor coverage just as easily as bad speeds in a good coverage (but congested) area

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

  @EE I've tried this and it doesn't work. Have been into a store today, they thought it was the sim but after changing it, still no service. Tried activating an eSim and this has now failed too. Still can't get access to live chat or anything.

  @EE At no point is it mentioned that only wifi will do the speeds and anything else wont. All our stuff is ethernet. Oh and also im still being charged up till the 21st for a substandard and misleading set up.#bt #ee @BT @EE . Never again . And totally inept customer service too
