Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. I’m not going to regurgitate the same old comments, but after nearly 20 years of zero improvements to the signal in all my area, and excessive annual tariff increases, I’ve had enough.
