  @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

  @EE finally after 18 days I can stop posting piles of 💩 18 days it has taken to get my WiFi service that was great through BT to be transferred over to their partner EE - now just need to check everything works as it should including my TNT sports - let’s see shall we !!!!
