(@HelenGavaghan) reported@EE I propose when you sell package, for 14 days you freeze options as on day of sale, allowing modification of sale as customer understanding develops in 14 days. Had BT&you had compatible systems & done that, I'd have saved time&circa ยฃ10/month. No fault or lack of IT literacy.
