@marcusBBbentley @EE Well done you for calling them out. They were wrong. Why didn’t you help your dad set up a direct debit so that he wasn’t cut off. At the end of the day he was cut off and you could have stopped it happening. Then tweeted about how awful EE are (cos they are)

My daughter just lost her @ee WiFi due to some cut cable in London E2 (Hoxton/Haggerston) and they said it will be out for 6 weeks! Pandemic restrictions have her working from home (writer) like most people. Who thinks a 6-week wait for restored vital service is acceptable?

@smacula @virginmedia Wholeheartedly agree. VM worst level of reliability I've ever come across. We're 18 months into an @EE broadband package and its been outstanding in terms of speed and reliability even when using range extenders.
