Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! An add-on was put onto my account costing me £80.00 - was told by 'Michael' on 4th April I would be contacted by a manager to resolve. No communication since despite flagging to 'Michael' that I have a recognised disability.
