Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.

Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!
