Fix tge signal would be great. Funny part was first call dropped out the second the person could no hear me.

Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

All I wanted was to watch a TV channel I have paid for but you have cancelled the channel, taken my money and won’t reinstate unless I call you again several times.

The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.
