Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Fix tge signal would be great. Funny part was first call dropped out the second the person could no hear me.
