  • Hairyloon Grumpy Old Man (@Hairyloon) reported

@EE That sounds like a follow up query to a message that you forgot to send... The primary issue has been resolved now, but there remains the question of poor customer service. I have put in a complaint through your webform though, so we shouldn't need to go over it here as well.

  • Rwlpalmer Rob Palmer (@Rwlpalmer) reported

@CConceptCreator @LoverOfTechBA @EE It's still learning usage patterns. Samsung phones are awful battery life when that's happening. I nearly sent my note 20 ultra back b3cause of how poor it was. That's sort of usage time with the AI running is pretty good going

  • Rae385 Rae (@Rae385) reported

@EE no signal for a day now wth Is going on?

  • Manth88 SAMANTHA (@Manth88) reported

@EE I was online 4 nearly 2 hrs (whilst at work) to eventually be told there was a possible outage in my area, even though I'd already mentioned twice that a couple of other EE customers had no network. I couldn't make or receive calls for hrs. How will that be reflected in my bill?

  • Mitch_Scorpio Mitch Hall (@Mitch_Scorpio) reported

@EE No problem Sam, issue has since been resolved.

  • RichfromSheff Rich Allen (@RichfromSheff) reported

@EE £90 for a Samsung? WTF?! From me, they'd get 90p, and like it!

  • Big_Mosley BigM😎sley (@Big_Mosley) reported

@LoverOfTechBA @EE That SOT wouldn't be so bad if we had faster charging speeds like almost every other brand on the market 🙄

  • CharlxtteM Charlotte (@CharlxtteM) reported

@EE hi if I purchase a data monthly reoccurring add on can I cancel it after 2/3 months ?

  • JohnSmi60271649 John Smithson (@JohnSmi60271649) reported

Hi @EE. Are you any better at solving issues on here than on your phone line? You sent me a PAYG SIM a week ago that was disabled because it hadn't been used for over 9 months?, and the only way to fix it is to go in to a shop at my own expense...
