    @EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click โ€œnextโ€ it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But itโ€™s the exact one I received?

    @EE your upgrade deals are awful and trying to get hold of your customer service team to discuss is ridiculous. Really like the coverage EE offer but I'll be going elsewhere now.

    @EE data on my phone is really hit and miss - it either does or doesnโ€™t work. I have tried resetting my network settings but that made no difference. What else can I do? Itโ€™s an iPhone 13 on the latest iOS

    @EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

    @EE disgusted by the service my son received today (I am his appointee) Waited 6 weeks for an open reach engineer for them not to turn up today. Rang EE to be told oh yeah they aren't coming they messed up. Cancel and we will have to reorder with a new report. 6 more weeks wait?!

    @EE why has my app not worked for a while now no longer able to add additional lines or look at new sims yet advisors on phone can , how hard is it to fix this rather than telling me they will do it on phone always get a better price via the app

    @EE I take out a 5g phone and canโ€™t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Donโ€™t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !
