    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @EE Yes, they simply said that I’m too far away from the 5G mast, this clearly isn’t the problem as my phone works and my 5G router has an external antenna, and it can see a 5G signal

    Absolutely useless @EE 2nd time my Mrs has sat in all day for broadband upgrade to be installed only for your installers to not bother showing up. No phone call, no email. Nothing. Disgusting service
