If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

  • megancroz
Meg Crozier (@megancroz) reported from Huddersfield, England

@EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

  • iampaulmcnally
Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

I’d imagine @EE would be able to half their customer’s bills if they stopped showing that bloody awful plane landing broadband advert, every 15 seconds for the last six months.

  • JohnRLeavy
John Leavy (@JohnRLeavy) reported from Manchester, England

@EE your upgrade deals are awful and trying to get hold of your customer service team to discuss is ridiculous. Really like the coverage EE offer but I'll be going elsewhere now.

  • B19fella
mark flynn (@B19fella) reported from Manchester, England

@EE The numbers for this weeks lotto would be a good help?

  • alfmabmillcat
Alex Wuggie Farrell (@alfmabmillcat) reported from Salford, England

Good morning @EE got my new iPad delivered on Friday. It won’t pair with the brand new Apple Pencil. Apple can’t help. Really disappointed

  • Viking_Wayne84
Viking Wayne #RallyTheCreed (Captain Redbeard) (@Viking_Wayne84) reported from Rochdale, England

@EE sort your top up website out. Been trying to top up my mobile broadband data for over an hour now, and every single time I get errors saying it can't be completed 😡

  • GazburkeGb
Gary Burke (@GazburkeGb) reported from Manchester, England

@EE internet goes down and been told via text that theres a problem in my area and it should be sorted by tomorrow piss poor EE

  • ross123540
James-Ross Harrison (@ross123540) reported from Manchester, England

@EE They close the call centres and the website doesn’t even let you get notified of the networks status because that too is broken! Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

  • Fartlek_Pete
Pete Potter (@Fartlek_Pete) reported from Manchester, England

@EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

  • _digin8
nate (@_digin8) reported from Manchester, England

@EE broadband is very patchy today. Making work calls very painful. Trouble on the line?

  • joguy1967
    jomufc4ever 💙 (@joguy1967) reported from Ramsbottom, England

  • KirstyTonge
Kirsty (@KirstyTonge) reported from Manchester, England

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

  • David_Brewster
David Brewster (@David_Brewster) reported from Manchester, England

@EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

  • rache63985893
rache (@rache63985893) reported from Honley, England

    @MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Rude

  • onerealbeanie
onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England

2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

  • LesCashmore
    Les Cashmore (@LesCashmore) reported

@EE @sophie_reed98 I never understand why companies reply with “contact our team & they will assist” good customer service starts with EE taking the lead to contact the customer & directly assist the customer, if EE or any company value loyalty make the effort to keep your customers, it’s just lazy

  • zombiestyled
    TheGreatCordwainer (@zombiestyled) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Personal use satellite radios on their way. CB radio. Personal use batteries. Could be considetrd a backwards step, but copper line phones were never power free magic.

  • loisgriff_
    beth (@loisgriff_) reported

@charmed_og @EE To be fair I don’t have a lot of problems with them except service problems

  • LumpyPete
    Lumpy Pete (@LumpyPete) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE They did this to us a couple of years ago, bought an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) for any power cuts which happens a lot round here. Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.

  • KMAUK24
    KMA (@KMAUK24) reported

@EE I have done this and had no signal for 3 days now! Unless on WiFi! Will Be making a complaint and using this as evidence

  • PWildebest

  • ScotDommesSlave
Princess Amira ***** Boy (@ScotDommesSlave) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Virgin did these like 4 years ago. On the odd occasion the wi-fi is down my elderly parents who can only use a landline are unable to call anyone.
