    @EE Had issues whilst I've been down in Middleton, Manchester since Friday. I come here most weekends and it works fine. I live in Huddersfield and it usually works fine down there.

    @virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

    @EE I did, but although my broadband is poor, my landline has been down for over a week. Spoke to a person last week. Said it would be back by 4th. Spoke again yesterday. She said she will contact me in, I think, a week, or 10 days. This is awful.

    @EE Hello EE ! Just received my new device (and SIM, even if I didn't ask for one), but my new SIM card still isn't activated and I did it over 1h ago. Can you help as I really need it to be activated ASAP? Just says emergency calls only.
