    @EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

    @EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

    @virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

    After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    @EE I can upgrade today but looking for a sim only deal. I can only upgrade to 24 or 12 month sim only deal. Why is the 1 month deal not available when upgrading, but it is if i was a new customer? i've had a rolling 1 month sim only at the end of a contract previously.

    @EE Internet (home broadband) has been down since around 9am today, Longsight area. Is this a known issue? Can't find any info to suggest you're aware. Line is in name of landlord who's out of the country, so can't speak with CS. Mobile with you is ok.

    @EE Thank you for confirming that EE has no intention to resolve this. As I stated in my dm, YOU (EE) have until 5 pm to issue this refund before I commence legal action to obtain it.

    @EE nearly three weeks no mobile broadband and they still say "Will be fixed in 16 hours". And refuse to cancel even though have had to find alternative. Rubbish lying company
