Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

@EE / self isolating due to cystic fibrosis. No signal in house to make calls since December. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

@EE what a joke this is. Preordered an Iphone 13 Pro Max 1TB in graphite at 1.30pm on 17th Sept. Order tracker says expected 1st - 5th Oct. How poor is that? I sent a DM and got the fob-off response of “we’ll send it when we can”. Joke company.

@EE Hi, all good thanks. To be honest I think EE should be quite angry with dpd for treating their customers badly, and maybe look at some workarounds if 3rd parties like dpd drop clangers like this. But for the moment, thanks to Matalan staff, the problem is resolved
