  @LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

  Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !
