    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE Several years but we could usually get a signal upstairs but the signal is so bad now we can’t call inside

    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    @VodafoneUK please tell how you have the cheek to advertise Unlimited data and yet have a 25gb fair usage limit yet a real network like @EE has a fair usage of 1000 GB ,

    @EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

    @EE hello, trying to purchase a new phone online via the website and the website seems to be stuck in a loop after you put delivery details in. The page reloads asking for address and postcode again, re-input, and the same happens again. Please help!

    @EE I’d have loved you to just give me a date when things changed because they clearly have and I suspect it’s a change to my material detriment It’s a simple question and one you should have been able to simply answer The fact you can’t/won’t suggests that my complaint has merit

    @EE Please can you assist urgently! My account is up to date, confirmed by you, yet I’ve had no service since 25 Nov. A very long online chat failed to resolve issue. Online chat is not available but I can only communicate online. You are ignoring me. I’m losing the will to live!

    @EE I spoke to the team on chat today and im still not getting anywhere . It seams that althoe the ohone that i want has a lot of price options it appears the cheapest they can do is £78 per month ive always had the latest phone and never paid so much .

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

    @EE So it had to be the Champions League final when your nationwide hub problem caught up with me, right? At one point your helpline guy had me hunting round for a paper clip. Like - when did YOU last have need of a paper clip? This is amateur stuff. Worse than Gabriel’s penalty.

    Something weird is going on. @EE says there is nothing wrong with WiFi and Router, but every day at least 5 times a day we have no WiFi at home. My dad is on Virgin Broadband and he has the same issues. Anyone on here having WiFi blackouts?

    @DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE can’t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but it’s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately

    @EE Now I'm trying to get free my bank card on the app so I can pay but when ever I click on add card I'm asked to register a sim which I already have can't add a bank card can't use the sim and the team couldn't help, Is gifgaf any good

    @EE when your told the reason your wifi isn’t working right is because it’s school holidays and the WiFi traffic is bad. Doesn’t change the fact that I PAY to use WiFi school holidays or not

    @ee our broadband doesn't work, trying to get you to help, get routed to diagnostic bot then told this may incur a charge. Surely this isn't right?

    @EE hello need help and advice. Your set up only pushes to mobile support, broadband the problem. Must say since switching to you service has been poor

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 If this is genuine DO NOT make the switch. Regardless of cost, EE are the mut’s nuts. I moved from o2 because of how simply shocking they are. EE are the best network for a reason. You pay for what you get and on o2, you’ll get nothing !!!
