Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

I don't doubt that eg a bad website might put someone off very rapidly, but that is a pretty obvious observation. (I once researched subliminal perception...)

Charles Williams (@Charlomatic) reported@EE Getting charged for calls when having valid packs/allowances. Is just one of several. Taking money from my balances when you shouldn't. Contact customers complaint sometime late last year, nothing changed. It may seems like little amount for one customer but a lot collectively.

Plusnet said that there are no plans to offer Wi-Fi calling and so there is no choice in the matter - we have to find a network which does. Browsing the Plusnet forum, I imagine that we are not alone.
