Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Called the store to double check the cost who said it’ll be that cost because of a new customer discount. Travelled 40 mins each way to be told, rudely, it’s not correct.
