Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

@DrFernsby @EE Openreach connected us to fibre & I pointed out cable was threaded thro trees but they said it was "robust". It lasted 2 wks. They had so little interest in repair it was only complete for 2wks in 1st 6 months. Why would we give up 4G for a service that dies when the wind blows?

@EE If only rural users with crap cable broadband could get 5G, but no, providers are rolling it out in cities that are already well served. First mobile provider to do 5G here gets our contract.

Another week goes by in north Bristol where @EE ignore our plea to get better network. Unable to make or receive calls from our house. It’s pathetic. @EE will ask shortly for an off line discussion (so you can’t read it) and then just do nothing. Been complaining now for 5 years

@EE Officially the worst business I have ever dealt with. A ‘customer’ of yours foe 7 days after being recommended to move to you, but 4 customer service agents have failed to complete a simple PAC code mobile number move from #vodafone #customerservice #customerexperience
