    @EE Joanne in Darlington retentions, Fantasic customer service and managed to get me upgrade deal on the S10e I was happy with and a bit cheaper than im paying now. One happy customer .

    @ThreeUK I need you to confirm you’ve sent the STAC code over to my old provider @EE so they can cancel my contract. I did this on Tuesday. Please advise!

    @EE I need to cancel one of my contracts, I was informed I need to text 150, but unsure what I need to put in the message, staff in the store said they couldn’t put a stop on it and I need to notify 150, help please!

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    @EE customer service is absolutely shocking 3 phones calls in the space of 4 days and some how they manage to **** it up even more every time then hang the phone up on you 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

    Want to watch the Merseyside Derby but can't because the @BTsports app you suppose to be able to access being an @EE customer won't let you access it and I am now peed right off so much for having bt sports on my contract when I cant access it

    Still no home internet connection from @EE On Thursday at 14:45 they said it will be back on within the hour. A further call they said by the evening. Friday they said it will be back on in 4-6 hours. It's now Saturday. Are customer service colleagues encouraged to tell untruths?

    So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense

    If that was really you calling me @EE, then you need to stop promoting terrible security practices. If you call someone up unsolicited and then trigger a PIN on a text to the same mobile THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR, then that just looks like a fraud. Was it you, or not?

    @EE frustrating when I can’t get any 5G whilst I’m on holiday park in the uk. I been waiting for an important phone call but no 5G means no phone signal. My husband phone is O2 and that works full 5G.
