This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough

Where we were meant to meet up was SY10 0NE though, North end of lake Vyrnwy, though coverage around the lake seems to be universally poor (i briefly got signal at the dam itself later in the day, enough to tell my fam I wouldn't be home for tea!)

I know I can do it through offcom, but that takes a while. Is there a nice form somewhere online where I can do it through EE?
