    @EE Thanks. I did raise a complaint and EE appears to have closed it without good reason. I will continue to try to get to the bottom of what’s happened here. It would be great if you’d work with me to do so, if you genuinely care about stopping others falling foul of this scam.

    @EE Why is it that for the last week, I can only use my phone in the late evenings? Hardly any ( usually zero ) usage is possible during the day? HU17 area. Mast problems?? Sending this message at 22.03 Thursday 20th November. Couldn't get any WiFi all day again. £11.50/MTH !!!!

    @EE Unfortunately I’ve found customer service to be dismissive and unhelpful. EE told me to contact Netflix and couldn’t even provide me with a number to help me do so. I alerted you that I’d been a victim of a scam - and you just left me to deal with it. Appalling.

    @bt_uk @EE don't send me a survey " how did we do" after nearly 2 hours on the phone trying to sort out a bill and a cancellation, left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing comes to mind! Sort your **** out !!!!
