Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

Couldn’t possibly have completed transaction any quicker. Rubbish service from EE that they can’t even advise if you’re on the ‘successful’ list or not - ‘Wait and see’ isn’t acceptable advice.

Darren Mallinson (@dazza12) reportedFurther issues with @bt_uk and also @EE now. There's a discount available if you have BT broadband and an EE mobile account. Listed in T&Cs as BT Broadband. Agent says it's only available for BT Halo 3+ customers. No such restrictions are in the T&Cs.
