Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

Hey @SkyBroadbandd do you want a new customer ? @bt_uk & @EE have failed since 23rd May 2025 to get a openreach engineer to sort my internet out. They have lied and given excuses for months. I have the emails of broken promises as evidence.

@EE First I was told Monday, then Thursday, then Tuesday or Wednesday and today I was told Friday. Most businesses can send something for next day delivery. I don't understand what the problem is. I have zero wifi and I'm relying on a phone for all broadband services. Any help?

@EE Unfortunately you are unable to help me as you are unable to allow me to keep my old landline number as well as get the products I want (my mother in law has dementia, and will not be able to remember a new number in an emergency). I will go elsewhere, and report this to OFCOM.
