    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

    @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

    @EE Looking to buy someone else a new phone for Christmas they are also an EE existing customer however they DONT WANT A MONTHLY PLAN OF ANY SORT THEY JUST WANT A NEW PHONE THEY CAN CALL AND TEXT ON AND PAY WHENEVER MONEY RUNS OUT AS WOULDN'T USE £10 IN 2 MONTHS LET ALONE A MONTH

    @EE I’ve messaged multiple times now& even had a call booked between 11am-12pm yday & never heard a thing! I’ve been waiting a month now for my new phone. Expected dispatch in 24 hours on tracking has been that way for 2 weeks now!& everytime I rang yday, it cut me off & u dnt reply

    @HalifaxBank No VPN. I often use 4G at home because my @EE home wifi is actually slower than the 4G. Wifi signin is OK. 4G gives that error

    @EE As I say I’ve been a customer since I was 18 that’s 19 years, in that time not one late payment, in fact I pay my bills generally 2 weeks early as soon as they are generated. It’s just not an acceptable way to treat a long standing customer...
