    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE Yes and so is my husband who is an EE customer. We can get on the website but when we try to buy something the error message pops up. We've tried on: Phones Tablet PC

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @EE She’s been trying to cancel our broadband for a year now and it’s cost hundreds of pounds paying for two providers. Is there anything that works at EE? Please respond, thanks!

    @EE Pity phone customer services can’t do an upgrade for over a week. Feeling very disappointed, and promises all over the place but no one responds !

    @EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

    @EE Hi Russ. Thanks for responding. They have been told they cannot cancel. I understand they will be looking further for advice as the vulnerable person is not aware of the consequences of what they have signed up for. Hopefully, a good store manager will see the difficult situation

    Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

    @EE 👋🏽ordered a SIM Only Plan. Pretty confident I asked for a different shipping address compared to the billing one. I have now logged in on myEE to find that both addresses are recorded as the billing one. Is that a known issue? I hope I get the SIM on the correct one.

    Intermittent broadband for the last few days but @EE are on the job, efficient service so far. If I go silent for some time you'll know why, good chance to knuckle down to some writing without the distraction of social media, eh?
