And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

Can't use web chat (despite the contract being done that way), can't ring 150 (free) but must use a 20p/min num. I'm nearly an hour on that number! Online form has to be printed and sent back. Very poor
