  • PeterBa82304711 Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 🇺🇦 #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England

@ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

  • Gazbrown1981 Gary Brown (@Gazbrown1981) reported from Harwell, England

@EE recently within the last few months switched to EE from BT. BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

  • VictoriaBilton Vix Bilton (@VictoriaBilton) reported from Reading, England

@EE Mobile internet whether I'm in my home town or central London or rural Devon the internet service is appalling

  • PeterBa82304711 Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 🇺🇦 #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England

@ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

  • GarethDeanPR Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

  • kqbrain Khurram Qayam (@kqbrain) reported from Reading, England

  • pezzaspurs Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, England

@EE It’s been the same for the last 4-5 years. It’s not the phone or SIM card, the network is just very poor.

  • ohitore オーハイトー 🌸 (@ohitore) reported

@littleworldbeka @EE My contract’s up on the 24th so I’m going SIM only with GiffGaff, unlimited texts/calls and 30GB of data for £15 a month. I’ve been a customer with EE for nearly 15 years and it’s sad they don’t offer anything for long term loyalty as I like their service otherwise!

  • karl_simpson68 Karl simpson (@karl_simpson68) reported

@EE when some1 has a contract with U for service plan + handset payment, when the handset has been paid off (eg. 2yrs).Why does your rate not AUTOMATICALLY drop 2 a Sim Only Deal. Why does the customer have 2 contact U 2 reduce the tariff so they arent paying 4 a phone they own?

  • Bekah_Stevely Bekah Stevely (@Bekah_Stevely) reported

@EE i don’t understand how my phone bill is £95 but the plan is £60 and i’ve not spent a penny on extra data, calls or roaming :(( i am so poor pls stop taking all my money

@EE Network issue in our area/postcode, we don't have a line so have to use 4G for internet. Can't even call 150 as signal drops completely or ping is 1000ms+ every 60-90s or so and then the 150 call drops. Can I have a more specific update on this please.

  • markmcan Mark McAndrew (@markmcan) reported

@EE They need to take down the website as well. Ngl, seems like they could use some help with spam and phishing. It's never-ending
