  @ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

  Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

  @EE recently within the last few months switched to EE from BT. BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

  If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

  @vitaelectrical @EE I do, It was BT engineers made the connection error at the main exchange. EE are my broadband supplier point of contact who passed me to BT when a connection issue occurred

  @EE Yes, I have just made a complaint in regards to this. You are very clearly trying to funnel any contact that may result in a loss of finance to EE, towards your call centre where people who suffer with anxiety can be bullied and pressured into products/services they don't want.

  @EE over hour of more bullsh*t service. Trying to get overseas data top up for one on my 4 staff bus numbers. Doesn’t work. Chat for 4O mins waiting to chat to person. Call. Useless person who does nothing. Then transfers. Start again. No answer to issue. 6pm arrives. Call ends.

  Just had a power cut in #WestOxon. It's times like this you realise the importance of a usable mobile signal. It's a shame @EE and other providers don't recognise this and refuse to accept their signal here is not fit for purpose.

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed
