@EE recently within the last few months switched to EE from BT. BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

Which marketing *** decided that if we're going round to mum and dad for #Christmas we're #guesting? It's a horrible term and it's getting my goat that it's creeping into so many adverts. Until @EE stuck it in their advert I don't think anyone had ever consciously 'guested'.

@ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

@ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

@EE Hi Olivia, how does network usage increase by 10% in a year? Do EE have any stats to back that up? I know you just work the social media, so my question also applies to you - will they increase your salary? Or are they just thieving for 'profits'. 10% is just a ridiculous amount.

@EE It’s not really justified when it’s barely even a month I’ve had my contract. I’m going to be utilising my 14 day cooling off period and voting with my feet. I already gritted my teeth moving to your network as I had great service. I moved to you for roaming pass that’s it.

@hwallop @EE Whist on the matter of service, the Overground train service staff went above and beyond yesterday, especially the driver of the last rain from Imperial Wharf to Euston he even suggested buses. Outstanding.

@EE can't believe the difference between Bt and ee. After swapping to ee I've 4g everywhere. Only downside was me fixing something their techs couldn't so thanks to Google. Had no data signal as the apn wasn't being done auto, as 2 be done manually.

@EE hi, my mobile data isn’t working in Ireland? I can’t seem to access the My EE account either - mobile data + roaming is activated on my phone and it shows I have 3G but tells me I have no mobile network available
