    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE both of my children are unable to use their data. They have different phones and I can see their data usage and they both have enough. They phone are attached to my account and my phone is fine. I’ve checked their settings and all good. Please can you help?

    @OpenreachHelp @EE absolutely shocking lack of expertise or customer care. Outsourcing to Kelly Communications doesn’t work. The ‘engineers’ are unskilled and unprepared. Notes on case not read and no equipment.

    @EE I keep seeing 'insert sim card' requiring a number of phone restarts. I work for the ambulance service, therefore not idea when I urgently need my phone! Think its a hardware problem.

    @EE I asked about wifi calling on PAYG or if there is a way to buy something that will make EE signal work in my new place? It's close to where I used to live but don't get any signal here and don't want to have to switch just for this.
