    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK I have been advised you don’t have a telephone team that will investigate my complaint. Randomly transferred to another team, waited 45 minutes but no answer. Making it hard to complain when it appears a bank error has happened doesn’t improve the customer journey.
