    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK My goodness your customer services are an absolute shambles. My new debit card doesn’t work and I have been passed from pillar to post, cut off to start again. After over 30 years I’m going elsewhere. Appalling. The App is useless too! Weekend and can access any money😡

    Appalling customer service today @HSBC_UK - my elderly widowed mother simply wanted her credit card replaced as it is not working. 30 minutes on the phone, then told she will have to pick it up from a branch. She doesn't go out, she is shielding and unwell. Not good enough.
