    @HSBC_UK Since last few days I am unable to get my basic necessities like food, grocery, travel to work because of this. How much more I need to wait. If I say you are blocking access to my basic rights then it won't be exaggeration

    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    I’ve spent a total of 8+ hours in the last 3 days holding to speak to an agent @HSBC_UK are there any agents? Online chat is impossible as I can’t sit logged into my business account for hours! My call is apparently important 🙄

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC_UK After providing the information are u going to resolve issue or I n ed make phone calls and keep on answering ?s which otherwise should be in system after I enter my security details and voide id etc. Or should I give you my new frustrated voice id?

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK Your app isn’t working on my phone since I downloaded the latest IOS & there isn’t a new update on the App Store. The ‘chat’ function on your website is a bot that says it doesn’t understand, and I called your phone line but queued for 20 minutes without reply. Help. 😳

    @HSBC_UK Massive faff in doing so, 45min in total on the phone, but by deleting and reinstalling the app solved the problem, thanks for the speedy response Andy 👍🏻

    @WishesAndLists @HSBC_UK Stopped working hours before I updated to the new iOS, I don’t think the update is the issue. Starting to become widespread issue.

    @HSBC_UK @ChelAcutt Dear HSBC, please update your app. I have been in touch with you about not being able to use the app since 15 Nov, all the responses are the ‘engineers are working on it and can’t give time scale but fingers crossed’. There is still no update available. Please get on with it!

    @HSBC_UK my mortgage completed over a month ago and no completion details have been sent. I can’t get in touch with you as I do not have a customer ref number and your SVR won’t allow it (this is terrible btw) please can someone support as the DD has not gone.
