@LloydsBank you are beyond awful. I have been with you for 30 years and this is the final straw. 12 days and still no replacement bank card. I’m taking this to the banking ombudsman. I will be moving all my accounts to Sterling Bank.

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

Very disappointing service from @LloydsBank who are refusing to extend buildings cover on my 94 year old Dad's property while he completes his house sale. He's been a banking and insurance customer of theirs for decades. Appalling lack of empathy at this stage in his life!!

Hi @LloydsBank Do you have any intention at all of responding to my complaint, other than the standard automated texts? (3 so far) Zero communication, terrible customer service, staff who tell a different story, or is it time to take my custom elsewhere?
