    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @MisssFergie @AskNationwide I’d been having same issues- then a new card arrived out of the blue today saying ‘to keep money safe we’re replacing your debit… ‘there hasn’t been fraudulent activity.. just something we do from time to time…’ wonder if yours is same issue? Cld at least warn their customers!

    Awful service from @AskNationwide. Cancelled a mortgage application after poor service from their preferred solicitors, Enact. Asked to refund my £999 fee, agreed but that was 22 days ago, still waiting. Have raised a complaint but not even an acknowledgement. Awful
