@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide @EMCgillan Stop paying your CEO, Debbie C, ONE MILLION a year BEFORE bonuses & you can help loyal customers with better saving rates!

@AskNationwide very disappointed to see nationwide reduce savings interest rates just as the Bank of England increase base rate again for the tenth successive time. This on top of your very slow response to base rate changes for savers but immediate response to mortgages.

Now stuck in a house with NO WATER SUPPLY and earliest the fault can be ‘investigated’ is 13th Feb. No heating, no water…why bother with insurance? @AskNationwide your service is disgusting

@rockdaddy70 @AskNationwide I’ve just asked them this as well. I thought @AskNationwide were there for customers. The savings rates are really poor in comparison to others. Come on savers need help as well #InterestRate

@AskNationwide You are working for a corrupt and scared organisation. Scared that their very existence is being threatened. Corrupt through control over customers assets!

MAJOR disappointment with @AskNationwide insurance today. Paid for emergency home cover, offering 24hr, 365 day support for “repairs”. Apparently turning off the water supply to stop a leak is a ‘repair’. Feels like fraudulent marketing text on their sales website.

@AskNationwide Stop lying! You're not there for loyal customers. You'll NOW instantly increase mortgage rates but be SLOW to raise saver rates. Unlike Skipton, who CARE about their customers. Can't wait to clear mortgage close ALL our accounts with you. Avoid Nationwide.
