@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide Husband can’t register in online banking or open app to view joint savings account. I have no problem. Tried calling to register his details, currently on 4th call of over 45 minutes wait, despite wait time being given as over 10 minutes??

@AskNationwide No one is answering. It is now passed the 8am-5pm promised. Our claim status has not been updated. When will somehow help us? According to status, no one has even been assigned to the job. Repeat: 48 hours. We are in tears. Can no one help? No one is going to help us tonight?

@AskNationwide We have. We are. We've sent a complaint. We were told an engineer would fix the boiler yesterday. We waited for 9 hours in a cold house. Today EXACTLY the same. We are on the phone constantly to your company.
