@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide Hi, it was an eBay faster payout directly into my account on 2nd Jan. I have also transferred money from my Halifax account to the same nationwide account tii today and that isn’t there either. Is there a problem again with payments? I’ve got people waiting for me to pay them.

@AskNationwide I asked you last night if there were a problem with payments. You told me everything is fine. Now I'm greeted with a payment issue message AGAIN. This is the 3rs time in less then a month. What is happening? This is completely not acceptable.

@AskNationwide I have just checked again and it has finally arrived. Glad to see you have flagged that there is a payments issue on the mobile app now too. I am going to have to seriously think about changing bank as this keeps happening, making banking with you a very unreliable experience.
