@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide I cannot make payments from either app or Web. Get an error "your money hasn't been transferred. ...unable to process request at this time" Have the correct funds. Your service status page shows now issues...any ideas when this issue will be fixed please?
