@MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

  • redmanjules
Julian Budd (@redmanjules) reported from Poplar, England

@AskNationwide no incoming payments now for 12 hours just before Xmas what a **** show

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

Richard Lingard (@RichardPLingard) reported from Poplar, England

@AskNationwide If only that were true I wouldn’t of spent from the beginning of March until now trying to sort out my parents with dementia‘s problems in finance all perpetuated by you. it’s like I’m the very first person to ever have parents with dementia

Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, England

@AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

  • dragonsangel01
Angel (@dragonsangel01) reported from Poplar, England

Right I have contacted @AskNationwide a couple of times as my credit card statement don’t look right and I have spoken to someone and neither do they. Can’t get through on the phone because they keep saying they can’t hear me. Is this anyway to treat a loyal customer. 😡😡

@AskNationwide you chat help is an absolute joke!! You decided to block my payment to HMRC and I’ve now spent 45 mins trying to get in touch with them!! Why block my payment??

@DebiEvansMatron @AskNationwide What has happened 🤔 (I haven't had any issues with them).

  • StevenScrase
    Steve Scrase (@StevenScrase) reported

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide Shocked by the lack of support from you. As a customer with documented neurological and spinal issues, your refusal to adapt your communication style is a breach of the Equality Act. I need a specialist to contact me who understands 'Vulnerable Customer' protocols.

  • ISaveDolphins
    Kieran Byng (@ISaveDolphins) reported

@AskNationwide Do you have a chat facility on line? Don't have access to a phone.

  • SophieMHorton
    Sophie (@SophieMHorton) reported

@AskNationwide I keep getting a 'something went wrong' screen when trying to do a 'pay by bank' transfer. Your service status page says all is working normally. I've already reached out via chat and was told there are issues, so why doesn't it say this on the status page?

  • Vibes8432
    Vibes (@Vibes8432) reported

Unable to make a small SEPA payment the one time I actually want it to work. Chat agent was useless told me there might be a glitch. Seriously @AskNationwide is this the level of support for a core business function?

  • CC_Chevigny
    Fedrick Leborn (@CC_Chevigny) reported

    @EdwardsSal3509 @TakeFive @AskNationwide Contact us for help

  • _GeorginaMG
    Georgina Grimwood (@_GeorginaMG) reported

Hey @AskNationwide , this new “push notification” instead of payment due text message is useless and no way near as effective. Fix it please.

  • MindCrypto_
    Mind Crypto 🍥 (@MindCrypto_) reported

@BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined £44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!

  • CarolKetchley
    Auntie Carol (@CarolKetchley) reported

@GuruGryff @AskNationwide Martin Lewis always recommends First Direct for their customer service.
