Richard Lingard (@RichardPLingard) reported from City of London, England@MarkMillarx889 @AskNationwide Hi Mark, I’m simply offering service fee. If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.
-
Angel (@dragonsangel01) reported from Poplar, EnglandRight I have contacted @AskNationwide a couple of times as my credit card statement don’t look right and I have spoken to someone and neither do they. Can’t get through on the phone because they keep saying they can’t hear me. Is this anyway to treat a loyal customer. 😡😡

Ivor Harper (@ivor_park_fin) reported@AskNationwide Here's a thing I learned today. Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. All of which leads me to ask:
