    @O2 I have never had such a farce buying a phone. Terrible service and now to top it off I’m sent 4 letters in one day saying I owe money (I don’t, I’ve triple checked and it’s you that owes me!) and now I’m sent bullying letters saying it’s been passed to the debt collectors!

    @Crippleywonk @O2 It was a bit of a wrench when I had to leave T-Mobile/EE. But they took our mast out and we don’t get signal at home now. I’ve had good experiences with most providers over the years. It’s not as scary as it may at first seem.

    @O2 hi, I am trying to top up my housebound mum’s phone, but both the website and the telephone options are not accepting payment. I have tried two cards. Please advise, she is at risk of falls and needs to be able to phone for help

    @O2 I never get a signal in my home. I dont receive calls and just get text messages saying I've missed calls and I have to walk outside to make a call. Everytime i call they say theres works going on. This has been happening for 3 years now

    Sometimes I dread calling utility companies, anticipating long waits & lacklustre customer service BUT today I called @O2 & spoke to Ben Smith who was BRILLIANT - super helpful & found me a much better deal tarrif (effectively halving my bill) 🙏🏼 #BenDeservesARaise 💷

    @O2 phone network down yet again in CR3 can’t wait to change networks in January absolute shambles happening all the time and all I keep getting back is we are sorry. No good when I should be working from home. #o2

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

    @O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

    @O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

    Well @O2 i nearly upgraded my phone. Shame you misled me on your black friday airtime discount, wiped the basket and now just give me "400 bad request" pages. "Help" is useless, just loops of questions...

    @O2 third call to your call center today and nobody can help me as the account holder. Apparently I have failed the security. I will close my account with you and port the number. Absolutely outrageous customer service. New, cheaper tariff package and no EU data #shocking

    @O2 Hi my phone signal is absolutely shocking. I get 5G but still struggle to load web pages. Also no one can ever hear me on the phone? Yes i’ve tried turning my phone off & on again

    @O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

    @O2 thanks again for not letting me have any phone signal today so I can’t make or receive any calls and texts. Soon as my contracts up I think it will be time to find more reliable network. #o2

    @O2 I posted about an issue I've been having for over 4 months now and the fact no one seems to want to get it resolved. I was told to send a DM and you guys will make sure it is dealt with. I sent DM few days ago and ain't heard anything, not even acknowledgement of recieved DM.

    @O2 Foned 202 last night and got told priority to be unblocked within 24 hrs....no joy again...getting sent around in circles..nobody seems to know what they are doing .went on 202 again today ..on for 23 minutes..got cut off at o2 end ! ...absolutely fed up tbh HELP !!

    @mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc £10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!

    Still unable to claim the reward @O2! Also not only was the mast not working for 3days last week it's not working again today 😤 How are you not embarrassed that you can't provide what you are being paid for? The refund is racking up. #evidenceforombudsman

The payment portal can in some accounts send a constant authentication redirect loop making it physically impossible to access accounts. I told them 4 months ago but here were are

    Seems @O2 you’ve broken the fairly ok ish My O2 app as the poorly integrated webpage integration when you go to make a payment, rather than built in as before, isn’t working properly. It doesn’t link multiple accounts to outstanding balance (still) and Apple Pay doesn’t work.

    @O2 I haven’t changed the sim, I was told that wouldn’t need to and one wasn’t going to be sent out. I’ve had intermittent signal for calls and no 4G or 5G at all since then!
