Madame Petit 🇪🇺❄️ #FBPE #StopBrexit (@jmlafc12) reported from Crawley, EnglandI have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??
-
Jill Docherty (@JillDocherty) reported from Ightham, England@O2 third call to your call center today and nobody can help me as the account holder. Apparently I have failed the security. I will close my account with you and port the number. Absolutely outrageous customer service. New, cheaper tariff package and no EU data #shocking

Tom the Lock (Maker of Curry) (@ThomasAlexJenk1) reported from Croydon, England@O2 Fuming at O2. Currently have 2 devices on a business account, but apparently a 3rd was not given because of a credit check. How long have I been a customer? Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.
-
Darren C (@SLushCCool) reported from Croydon, England@O2 @salrusty It might be worth putting the tech difficulty issue notice on the app too.
-
Jessica (@Part_Mermaid) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@Crippleywonk @O2 It was a bit of a wrench when I had to leave T-Mobile/EE. But they took our mast out and we don’t get signal at home now. I’ve had good experiences with most providers over the years. It’s not as scary as it may at first seem.
-
Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England@O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.
-
Tom the Lock (Maker of Curry) (@ThomasAlexJenk1) reported from Croydon, EnglandI find @O2 incredibly difficult to deal with both on the telephone and on the website, nobody is interested in helping. Apart from going into a shop to spend money. Absolutely rubbish service outside of this.
-
Dave McGuane (@DaveMcGuane) reported from Croydon, England@O2 Trying to cancel my O2 insurance as I'm paying £150 a year when online is quoting me less than half that. Website says Call 202. Call 202 and that says Go Online. Go Online and that says Call 202 or landline. That hangs up on you straight away. Online Chat isn't available...
-

-
Tom the Lock (Maker of Curry) (@ThomasAlexJenk1) reported from Croydon, England@O2 Credit checks are clearly not worth the paper they are written on, where is your customer service care? look at my personal history and then WHY did the same business account get me my 2nd device in an O2 shop from O2 staff without any hassle, please explain.?
-
Sara May (@saraminniemay) reported from Lambeth, England@O2 my phone has been kicking me off WiFi for months now. Been into the shop and they have ‘fixed’ it twice...can’t get onto the O2 app, and now can’t log on to the website. My bills are always over because of this and I’d love some help rather than being overcharged each month.
-
Steve Hodgson (@SteveHodgson1) reported from Merton, EnglandWow, I’ve been with O2 for over 11 years, with 2 different contracts, never received a thing from them. Well done to you. I will be going elsewhere when my contract ends @O2

-
JAMIE HARRIS 💙 🇺🇦 🇪🇺 (@gardenyjamie) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Apparently the phone companies are deliberately shutting down the 4G antennae so that everyone switches over to 5G.

-
Squigly (@squigly1971) reportedTry dealing with @O2 when something goes wrong abroad. They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. Completely unacceptable.
-
blueShrew (@totfinsol) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Simple. The last government scraped the plan to role out 5G masts which were to be built by Huawei which a Chinese company. Because the US don’t trust China they told us we couldn’t either and so the role out never happen. Any 5G bandwidth is being used by the war effort.
-
Skimo (@SkimoBeats) reported@O2 Yes, to go to a store. Which isnt close. And would have to go out of way to go there. They of course are unable to confirm if they will have the same issue. For confirmation, there is absolutely no issue with any of my cards (I have tried 4 so far). It's ridiculous.
-
David (@DavidStaGr) reportedHi @O2 Please can you provide an email address to make a complaint to? I've tried using the online form and it keeps saying there is a technical error and to try later. I suspect there is a character limit, but this isn't confirmed on the page. Thank you
-
Shaun Hammonds (@hammo196159) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because O2 don’t invest enough into infrastructure. Such poor coverage in many areas
-
Andy Reynolds (@oit_andy) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.
