@o2 why is your 4g signal and internet bandwidth so appalling in Croydon. Pass through the town centre particularly through East Croydon and you might as well having no signal at all!

Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

@O2 I have never had such a farce buying a phone. Terrible service and now to top it off I’m sent 4 letters in one day saying I owe money (I don’t, I’ve triple checked and it’s you that owes me!) and now I’m sent bullying letters saying it’s been passed to the debt collectors!

@O2 treat existing customers with absolute contempt. Since 2017 I have received a £15 discount, including after being moved to a new tarriff that started in October 2020. 6 months later, with no explanation, it is withdrawn and I'm only notified at the billing stage...

@KatitudeUK @O2 I agree. If production of a product creates CO2 and production company offsets this to create net zero effect then they could achieve the same result by closing down their business. If CO2 is an actual concern shouldn't the targets be negative?
