    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @DatKid_LF @ThreeUK @O2 @GerrardMaynard I have been on the same deal for 3 years. My data speed went up to 3 Mb... Once. Crap service and crap customer service. Get out while you can.

    @O2 Hi, it seems like everytime we lose just one bar of signal on 4g, we struggle to load the most basic apps/pages. This never used to be an issue but is becoming quite regular.

    @O2 uses voice recognition on customer service to figure out what you need help with. Apparently it thinks “increase spend cap” means “fraud” 😂😂😂😂

    @O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @DaniMcgrellis @O2 I had to reset network settings and restart the phone, then it worked but it’s playing up again!

    @O2 thanks again for not letting me have any phone signal today so I can’t make or receive any calls and texts. Soon as my contracts up I think it will be time to find more reliable network. #o2

    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @O2 ordered a phone & contract for next day delivery. Waited in all day patiently for it to arrive, no dispatch mail. Rang customer services. Transferred all over the place. Not been sent. Not a great start.

    @o2 why is your 4g signal and internet bandwidth so appalling in Croydon. Pass through the town centre particularly through East Croydon and you might as well having no signal at all!

    @O2 Worst company. Still chasing me for money after I lost my business and my employees lost their jobs due to fallout from the pandemic. No shame, refusing to close our account despite the fact we have stopped trading. Shameful

    @nathan06320834 @O2 Part of me actually feels like that sometimes , I’ve been a customer for 10 years currently paying like £55 per months maybe nice to have my bill reduced by £10-20 paid that maybe great .
