Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

Now the team when I call say they can't help me because its been past 28 days. A fault on o2 side but I lose out 🙄

Another case of our costs go up and we’ll shovel on to the customer. Flexible tariffs are the future.
