Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

@O2 I have never had such a farce buying a phone. Terrible service and now to top it off I’m sent 4 letters in one day saying I owe money (I don’t, I’ve triple checked and it’s you that owes me!) and now I’m sent bullying letters saying it’s been passed to the debt collectors!

@o2 - here’s a problem. Took out a new contract with you in January and was offered a free tablet. Except I’ve just found out it’s not free - the staff at the o2 shop popped in a loan agreement to sign along with the new contract. No loan was ever mentioned - is this legal?!
