  I find @O2 incredibly difficult to deal with both on the telephone and on the website, nobody is interested in helping. Apart from going into a shop to spend money. Absolutely rubbish service outside of this.

  @O2 Hi, it seems like everytime we lose just one bar of signal on 4g, we struggle to load the most basic apps/pages. This never used to be an issue but is becoming quite regular.

I've been with you for well over 20 years and I am very likely to cancel everything with you if you don't pull your finger out and do as you have said you were going to.
