    @O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and canโ€™t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

    @O2 please can you sort out the signal on the @MiddlebrookRLP Retail part. Itโ€™s always been bad. Youโ€™re the only network that has a shop on there now and itโ€™s ironic you canโ€™t use your O2 phone when shopping on there. So frustrating ๐Ÿ™„ Even Peter Kay joked about it in his show!

    @O2 my daughter, stranded abroad with no phone after a theft, has received terrible service from you. Unless you can actually support her we will be cancelling our DD and making a complaint to @Ofcom. Good customer service is not rocket science!
