@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

@james_jevons @O2 OMG. Spent over 40 mins to be told I had to pay early termination charges. Refused that and was left on hold for an age, came back and told I would be disconnected straight away. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Only cemented the fact I will be leaving. What a disgrace!

@MartinSLewis @O2 has never kept their contract in Guildford. Walk outside my door, no network. They even gave me £50 after admitting there is no 5G in Guildford-they have constantly lied to their customers!!
