Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.
