Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

@O2 Hi, it’s been 2 weeks since i started receiving non stop calls from your call centres to get me get a plan with you, the caller said that i entered some kind of contest or signed up for this but i never did since i am happy with my current provider. This is very inconvenient

@O2 I understand that carriages speed and materials do not help, but repeaters in tunnels sure would to avoid disruptions especially as they can particularly nasty to a laptop when the phone or the train is the hotspot as that side of the connection never goes down just the gateway’s

@O2 I have been unable to get 5g on my iphone 12 in my area since having my phone. I barely get 2 bars of 4g. Apparently due to a mast being down…for years. I just had a message on my phone saying 4g has been deactivated on my device…and now have 3g. Absolute joke
