@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

@O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

Shocking customer service from @O2 Upgrade ordered Thursday 25/02, wrong item sent out so posted it back. Still haven't received new phone over a week later and no one seems to know what to do from customer service team. Plus no call backs from managers. Please sort this out!
