@O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

@O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

The customer service of @O2 is truly one of the worst I’ve ever come across. They tell me to call, but I can’t because they’ve cut off my phone. The number goes through to a bot. Quelle surprise! I paid the bill, as always, and yet here we are. Been on the chat thing for four hrs

@O2 Let down by your recycle team. I queried their offer for my phone and last response from them was one whole week ago. They are currently in possession of my phone and at the very least I would have expected them to offer to send it back. #disappointed
