    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    @O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

    Do you know what? Mobile operators get a lot of scorn, but I have spoken to some really lovely @o2 customer service reps over the last few days who have been very helpful sorting out all my contract and SIM issues. So 👏.

    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    @O2 I'll ask again but ur customer service is **** so I'm not holding my breath...when your signal is crap and u can’t use your phone. You say to use your o2 Wi-Fi but how can you when u try and use it, it says no internet connection. When you gonna fix that?

    @O2 awful service so glad I’m cancelling my contract one letter saying I have 28days to pay my contract another letter stating 14 days! Over 40 mins on hold so far to be told I’m through to the wrong department awful customer service

    @O2 I have been trying to get a refund from you for almost a month… at first I waited on hold several times for up to 58 minutes only for the line to go dead, now I’m just told your are too busy to take my call and am cut off completely. This is disgusting customer service.

    @O2 I am waiting for customer services to call me back regarding waiving my contract early termination fee. They were supposed to call me at 5pm yesterday. No point me calling 202 as this issue needs management decision.
