    @O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

    @O2 I have just started 2 contracts with you & have 2 more to start in 2022 & I am finding the online interface and lack of contact with a customer service agent very frustrating. I have a PAC code to move an old number over, I can’t do it online or talk to anyone. HELP PLEASE!

    @O2 I have been trying to speak to a real person for 4 weeks now no luck. Live Chat cut me off several times. I have no signal indoors and have to go into my garden to make or receive calls. Checked network coverage. Has anybody had any success talking to someone at O2?

    @totallynotezzy @dcomp @O2 That's true, but based on my past experience with them they are far behind the other big networks at least in London and it's absolutely shocking. Lots of people on their support page have complained about this as well and this speaks volumes about them imo
