@JP_Galea @O2 Yes! As of yesterday when I loaded the o2 app I had to go through the the link to create a virginmedia account and link my o2 at this point it failed! To link not happy if #o2 don't fix this I will be leaving I may as well be with giffgaff at least I could view my account

@O2 was meant to get a phone call at 5 p.m today for a refund, suprise, surprise....no phone call.... not happy at all... 4x times I've had to go into the shop in cardiff, as you have my wrong email address down, and cant change it so I cant clear security over the phone..fuming

@O2 Totally disgraceful customer service from 02. Been on the phone for over 3 hours to numerous advisors within customer complaints and no further forward. Every advisor stated they were the highest person we could reach, but eventually passed us to someone supposedly higher.
