I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

Dreadful customer service, took 6 mths to get a refund after terminating my contract with them & they are only able to do this by cheque, really?! I’ll probably leave o2 & move fully to BT now..
