fiona cozens (@cozens_fio58099) reported@grahamstyle @SkyNews @O2 Good luck. Don’t think they prioritise helping customers, including those who have been loyal for decades. They take your money and couldn’t care less that you can’t access their not fit for purpose service.
-
rebecca 🪩 (@horanfthrry) reported@O2 hello, I am looking at purchasing a new sim through my blue light discount. My mum is currently locked out of her account after purchasing a new sim herself. I have recently bought a new phone & have virgin media volt benefits, will I encounter any issues?

-
Cllr Sophie Preston-Hall ECC Rochford North (@SophiePrestonHa) reportedIs anyone else getting absolutely inundated with calls from an offshore @O2 call centre lately? I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?
-
L🍒 (@xlilyyrobinson) reported@O2 Hi. Thank you for your response. I will message again but have already messaged multiple times this week. I really do not appreciate a complaint handler implying I was dishonest yesterday. That has really upset me. I will message with more information.
-

Did I make a mistake leaving EE?!
-
Melly P (@mellypeters) reportedFinally after 4 weeks someone contacts me @O2 and we agree compensation for the problems that I have and the money is to be put back into my account within five working days and guess what? You’ve put it on a credit on my account. You can’t even get that right.
