Tim Fowler (@timlibrarian) reported from Bearpark, EnglandI suspect if I cancelled the three direct debits I pay every month to @O2 they’d find time to get in touch with me. Help with setting up a new phone when their online SIM swap is banjaxed, not so much.
-
Andrew Willis (@ilovefluffy) reported from Sunderland Bridge, EnglandThe speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

-
Daniel Holder 👋🏺 (@Dholderd) reported@O2 my signal lately and Internet on my phone seems to be really poor and slow the last few weeks!!
-
MUFC Chatter (@mufcchatter) reported@O2 This CCJ is preventing me from moving house. It should never have been put against me in the first place. If the bundled broadband package was cancelled then this should have included the SIM. I never used the SIM, never put it in a phone, never held it in my hands!
-
1 (@tommyhodge86) reported@O2 and @Virgin you really make it hard work to access my own account with you. Happy to send the bills through no problem but trying to amend my plan, wow!
-
Jonathan Stewart (@jonaths) reported@O2 @o2businessuk I'm not sure what's going on with you at the moment, but your customer service atm is truly shocking. All of your comms channels are broken - I'm trying to upgrade, and it's impossible to speak to anyone
-
Johnny Storm (@humantorch1036) reportedFinally got through to @O2 customer service on the phone after about two hours. Utterly useless. Couldn't help one bit. Couldn't help with verification. Sim card has gone in the bin. Lost customer. @Ofcom needs to sort them out.

-
Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedTwo years of no service from @O2. Two years of paying two contracts to them despite this. And still they want £189 early exit fee. Have been waiting 2 weeks for a call back!! Lots of promises, no call. Yet have received an enforcement notice!! Intentional possibly?@MartinSLewis?
-
Mark Blackmore (@megatronman) reported@O2 I've been waiting for a replacement refurbished iPhone 16e since 10 July. Your agent says a complaint was raised 25 July, but I was never notified. If the exact model is unavailable, why not offer an alternative?
-
Steve Joyce (@SteveJoyce14) reported@O2 Apart from resetting network settings I tried everything else, switching phone off and on, switching mobile date on and on. You can see from what others are saying (especially the person saying he lives near the ground and has had problems in last few days) 1/2
-
David (@davidlondon92) reported@O2 I’m roaming in the US on my ultimate plan and the 5G is painfully slow. I just realised you cap the speed at 2 mbps, which renders it pretty useless. Can I even buy a bolt on to remove the throttle? Not sure why I pay for an ultimate plan if your speed is so abysmal
