    I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! 😡😡😡

    @lisajwakeman @O2 That’s such a good point. I think I have the biggest data package I can get, which I probably do not need! I defo need to shop around next time. I never quite understood why my bill always went up by £10 every time I upgraded and when I questioned would be fed so my jargon!

    @O2 my husband is currently shielding, and unable to leave house. He has paid you twice by accident has tried to call you and was spoken down to. Natwest have confirmed the double payment. All he wants is the money returned so he can pay other bills. He is vulnerable.

    @davidiwanow @O2 Thanks, David. I don't have any mobile signal in my area (a phone mast has been down for a while) so I can't receive texts or calls, which is my main issue. I can't authorise payments without my security codes which are sent by text!
