O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ellie Winters (@N104AP) reported@Marooned_Sailor @O2 @Ofcom the issue with mmwave is whilst the bands were recently auctioned, theres another thing stopping the mmwave rollout which doesnt even have anything to do with the carriers, device manufacturers keep making it US exclusive, with international models not having it, so then the carriers dont build the infrastructure, so then the companies dont ship mmwave hardware, and it just goes in circles i dont think we'll ever have mmwave in this country at this rate
-
Angelique 🎵🇬🇧🇫🇷☮️ (@Angieeclectic) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You're right. I never have trouble with reception in France. BUT Tom if you ever had to deal with French telecommunications companies you would quickly realise our own EE/BT customer services are far better.
-
Dan (@_DanWest) reported@O2 no mobile phone network is extremely slow today data barely working in some of the areas I’ve been to this morning. What’s going on?
-
Steve (@Swabsy1810) reported@O2 @CliveDaviesUK @O2 it’s just the same here in SK6 1PG area so many places where no signal or usable data. This is a relatively affluent area but your provisions are shocking
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported@AndyFurnival2 @TomTugendhat @O2 It was better when there were fewer mobile devices competing for the same signal.
-
Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
-
Nick Booth (@nicknickster) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Exactly. They all share one network of masts now so no-one has an incentive (or an ability) to provide a better service
-
RichardAngell (@Groundhopperno1) reported@O2 After 25 years as a customer, I’ve discovered the hardest part isn’t getting a mobile signal- it’s making a complaint. Broken forms, unmonitored complaint emails, missed promises, no updates and a 28-day wait for a response. Quite remarkable customer service.
-
frenchie (@choodrrez9) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 YOU DON'T PAY THE ******* BILL ANYWAY, IT IS ON YOUR EXPENSES LIST PAYED FOR BY TAX PAYERS.. **** OFF WINGING YOU ****
