    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 I’m not sure if it’s just me or my area, but my signal is absolutely terrible 80% of the time, never any mobile data, I’m lucky if I get 2 bars 4g. So nothing works and phone calls don’t dial out

    @O2 Over the last few years your coverage in Newcastle city centre has became non existent, it doesn’t even have to be match day and you are unable to get a reception. I think I may have to start looking elsewhere for a different network

    @O2 how do I go about cancelling my contract a bit early due to awful mobile signal, no 5g/4g or very little data. I am stuck in only being able to use my mobile in my house connected to WiFi. This has been for 6 months or more now?!

    @O2 I’ve just called as an existing customer who can upgrade in regards to a uswitch deal I’ve found. I’ve been quoted £10 more a month for a 36 month contract vs. the cheaper deal for new customers on uswitch for 24 months. Please can you explain why?
