@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@O2 @Vijay_781 I think the problem is the servers can't come with the number of people accessing them at the same time. Last week I had no problem vut this I did. I think the fact is every day now and there are only 7,000 vouchers instead of 10,000 means more people trying at the same time.

@O2 are there any plans to fix the priority app? My partner and I were both on and watched the seconds count down for the Odeon tickets and then the app crashed and didn't recover for 15 minutes, by which point tickets were sold out. Old ticket system never had this problem.
