I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

O2 shop told me vodaphone own the masts this side of the Pennines and everyone piggy backs of them and o2 own them on the other side.
