    Mother has been getting scammed by a mobile app service "Lasevia limited" for past 8 ish months, her mobile provider @O2 can't help at all. Looking online this has been an issue for ages yet nothing has been done by O2 😡

    Following a recent mobile roaming incident (connected to a Bosnian network 4.5km+ from Dubrovnik airport), it did make me wonder why phones don’t have tiered roaming settings e.g. within EY, outside EU etc @Apple @o2 #roaming

    @O2 Tried everything. (Apart from trying SIM in another phone). Previously if ever ‘SIM not working’ flashed up all I had to do was switch phone on/off. Not this time. Help!

    @lollylaura40 @samantha00861 @O2 Hi, I have same problem sky seem to have the best deal, I really don’t want to leave o2 but I can’t justify paying over £56 a month when sky will do the same for £49 and you can get money back with topcashback

    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    Dearest #02 @O2 I do wish all your customer service people were as helpful as the person I spoke to today. Sadly there were several trees killed in the printing of a years mobile bills, which I was told was required. Todays agent simply gave the info I needed in a 5 min call

    @O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

    @VodafoneUK I have spent three hours of phone time trying to resolve a mistake that your company has made. I am so glad I went back to @O2 PLEASE BE WARNED .... Vodafone customer service is the worse !

    @virginmedia @o2 I am away from Virgin. When my o2 phone contract comes to an end in November 2023. I will say farewell and get away from o2. Never should you both sleep in same bed together. Shame. Bad business and bad customer experience for my needs. You are both expensive.

    @sidcot @JackDeBath So I was on @O2 and after years of crap signal I lost my **** and wrote to the CEO , they would not admit mast was crap but let me off my contract to leave joined EE never looked back , it’s o2 and whoever shared the mast

    @O2 disappointed I spent nearly 20mins on the phone last Saturday to cancel my contract and when logging in it looks like nothing has been done so I’m still being charged! How can this be rectified without having to be on the phone for ages again??

    @O2 my wife’s phone claims to have used 20gb of data in 1 day. She’s on a contract which was refreshed yesterday. Historic monthly use has been between 5-6gb a month. What’s going on? She now can’t use her phone. Can’t get through to support at all!?
