And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

Left stranded, couldn't get an Uber or check bank accounts. Now you've tried to take £394.14 when my usual bill is £116 and spend caps are in place. Your complaints form is also broken. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
